It was gratifying to speak to you this morning on the phone - here is what has been proposed to BP and multiple media sources for over a month - can not sleep watching this global disaster take place, unabated while there are solutions such as yours ignored. It is unfathomable why this is allowed to continue.

Riser pipe that fell to ocean floor is attached by hex bolts to a mating flange at the top of the BOP – this could be replaced by a new riser and flange – needs a fitted shim bushing to help guide into receiving flange on BOP against wake of oil and gas escaping

 

These suggestions are on record at EPA (see link below) at BP engineering for over a month -

1) Stop the Leak Now -      2) Start Collecting Oil Now -     3) Seal the Well Now 

1) – Simplest Fix – Replace old flange and attached broken (now snipped) pipe at top of BOP – has " hex nuts" – with new flange and associated pipe to surface.

Unscrewing "hex nuts" and replacing with new outer flange should make non leaking connection to surface collection.

Once again do not use dispersant into leaking oil so can be collected by tankers at at surface – where are they ?

This could have been done after the smoke cleared (day 2) and this disaster avoided ...

p.s. It is unfathomable why this was not done.

2) – Oil Containment Rings OCR’s – Need to be installed Now

This will stop  further damage and start to remove prior oil pollution.

If we collect 99% of the oil being leaked – then bp can take time to kill the well.

- Start to build a “oil collection ring” flotation miles in diameter which has large booms (100′ by 6′ diameters) with deep aprons that zipper together as they extend deep(300′ or more) below the surface (this happens physically as aprons on modules are zipped) and capture the rising oil leak – which is continually pumped into tankers/barges – circumvent first ring with a second and so on as needed.

Do not use any dispersant – pump out water separation from collected oil

3) – Seal Well Now – drill +1000' parallel proximity shaft – place proper amount of explosives – seal new shaft – detonate !

Good to hear New York is not with the oil problem   YET   !  I also am amazed the President has not TAKEN OVER ALL EFFORTS IN THE GULF FROM BP AS A NATIONAL EMERGENCY !

 

Several News Reporters are on the TO section and you might get a communication from any of them or send more information to same.

 

I have not gotten proof from Cameron exactly what the measurements are on the BOP model used by Deepwater Horizon so until friends there and the CEO of Cameron come forward with the facts it is not likely I can comment other than to say the Branko R. Babic SLEEVE machined with flow through super thick 21 inch pipe, 15,000 PSI GATE VALVE circular wheel for shutoff plus another 21 inch super thick pipe and of course weights on first section equal to at least 30,000 PSI then SHUTOFF WHEELED then short section of pipe and FLANGE are provided with the machined surfaces inside that perhaps 40 inch diameter SUPER MACHINED STEEL UNIT WITH NO LESS THAN PERHAPS 24 INCHES DEEP OR HIGH TO ALLOW MACHINING OVER BOTH FLANGES AND ALLOWING A SPECIAL 2 OR 3 INCH SEAL AROUND THE MACHINED SURFACE OF THE UPPER FLANGE might SHUT THIS PUPPY DOWN WITH NO SPILL and afford BP the avenue to take all 21 inches of Riser to the surface.

 

We told others to use possibly FLOTATION GE RISER and when connecting to have it made up on a ship and lowered but keep in mind the bottom flange must have a SHUTOFF and another male flange to fit from the BOP TOP FLANGE into the 21 inch GE RISER FLOTATION UNIT.  Such would allow a ROV to guide the pipe down with a waterproof seal from the surface to the bottom while the shutoff was OFF.  Keep in mind those 8 story BOP’s should be lying down on SPECIAL “I” BEAMS not standing on a casing flange When the BOP falls over shattering the casing with some pipe pulled out and oil, gas, water uncontrolled leaking into the Gulf I do hope someone made some Branko R. Babic Friction Plugs to send down quickly to insert in the Casing Riser and stop any leaks.

 

When 300 or 3,000 could fail we need to stockpile some on barges on station or lower them down to the sea bed waiting for Disaster To Strike.

 

Once ready on the bottom then BP could use one ROV to help the Crane LOWER the GE FLOTATION RISER down onto the female flange, tighten two bolts slightly, open to using one bolt then be ready to OPEN UP THE RISER SHUTOFF ALLOWING OIL AND GAS TO START UP WHILE SWINGING THE FLANGE OVER IN POSITION AND LOWERING ONTO THE FEMALE FLANGE THEN QUICKLY TIGHTENING ALL BOLTS AND NUTS THEN OPEN FULL BLAST THE RISER SHUTOFF TO GET EVERYTHING GOING TO SURFACE.  NO COMMENTS AFTER IT GETS TO SURFACE !   NO ICE BECAUSE THE FLANGE WAS COVERED WITH SPECIAL RUBBER MATERIAL AND ONLY TAKEN OFF ONCE OVER THE FLANGE SPEWING GAS AND OIL.  Second Crane could pull up instantly the failed Top Hat 4 and piping if it is not Flotation with shutoffs while the other Crane and rig is on the bottom being moved over to attach to the FLANGE or even have a replacement flange ready to remove one and put in the other. 

 

EITHER OPTION STILL WITHIN 8 HOUR TIME FRAME STOPPING THE LEAK.

 

IF AND WHEN CAMERON gives the exact measurements from China or anywhere WE WILL SEE THIS PUPPY STOP LEAKING, even if it is 49 DAYS LATE.  Then BP or USCG can talk about using those 1000 FOOT DEEP FLEXIBLE PIPING WITH SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS PUSHING THE OIL BLOBS INTO THE PIPE TO THE SURFACE PLUS USING THE GIANT SUMP PUMPS TO GET THE BLOBS SUCKED UP INTO BARGES ALONG WITH THE SKIMMER EPA DESIGNED AND PUBLISHED WHICH ALLOWS OIL AND WATER TO BE SENT TO A BARGE, AIR FANS OR EVEN AIR BOAT FANS CAN BLOW THE WATER BACK INTO THE MARSH WHILE THE OIL IS SUCKED UP ON A SPECIAL CONVEYOR MATERIAL RUNNING IN A LOOP INTO THE WATER, UP INTO THE BARGE AND ROLLERS EXTRACT THE OIL WHILE THE WATER FALLS AWAY MUCH LIKE A SOLAR STILL OPERATION LETTING WATER COME OFF THE MATTING WHILE THE OIL IS SQUEEZED IN ROLLERS FROM THAT SPECIAL MATTING.   Recovery possibility 80-95 percent of all OIL on the surface and 80-90 percent of the oil in blobs within one thousand feet depth.  Watch a ROTO ROOTER VACTOR TRUCK then think of depositing all that oil and water onto a conveyor with high speed fans pushing water off into channels then the material go through rollers extracting the OIL.    Not a centrifuge but equally effective like my Grandmother’s OLD washing machine ROLLERS which took out the water…in this case it would take out the OIL and put the cloth like thick matting back into the water to pull up more oil.  

 

MY SEARS KENMORE WASHER could show us all a thing or two about getting water and OIL thrown through materials independently.   I could not help looking at the latest VACUUM CLEANERS with those neat suction items and filters which could be ROTARY squeezing OUT oil but letting water PASS.   Where is the Inventor of that neat Vacuum Cleaner with suction and roller ball allowing it to go anywhere!

 

Still favor using AIRBOATS, SMALL BARGES AND THOSE SKIMMERS WITH ABILITY TO SEPARATE WATER AND OIL DEPOSITED IN DIFFERENT SECTIONS WHILE OPERATING IN SHALLOWS !

 

Maybe this DELL INSPIRON 1525 WILL QUIET DOWN AND LET ME TYPE.  Face is touchy on keyboard and warranty ran out.

I have not a clue why BP or the U.S. Government will not obtain a new top flange for the BOP, add anything stopping the leak.  It is anticipated that more leaks will be forthcoming since the 8 story tall BOP standing free on the bottom of the Gulf at 5000 feet was stressed from the PULL of the rig out of control which stretched all belief losing the Thruster Engines to keep it on position thus pulling 5,000 feet of riser which pulled with terrific force on the 175 TONS of mass plus bent the riser in an instant making it fall to the sea bed.  The casing might be damaged as there is no conceivable reason why these items should be free standing UP.

My old Professional Comments relative to lying down on the back BOP installations with shutoffs and tee with shutoff on all outlets then lying the BOP down on giant “I” beams allows for instant removal for future but now my interest is peaked with revelations of hidden leaks in the sea bed floor, possibly from the same well or another, unreported to the U.S. Government under EPA SPILL standards. America is going to have one heck of a time recovering from this monumental STUPID SPILL.  Stupid because BP should have been pushed aside on 042010 and the leak stopped in the Interests of National Security saving our Gulf and possibly Eastern Seaboard, Islands to the South, Fish, shellfish, costing BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IF NOT TRILLIONS IN DAMAGE WHICH MAY NEVER ALLOW THE GULF OR FISH TO COME BACK FOR 30 YEARS.

ALL RIGS WITH EVEN SMALL LEAKS PUTTING OIL OR GAS INTO THE GULF WATER SHOULD BE FORCED TO REPORT SAME !

MY PROFESSIONAL RESEARCH INDICATED 1 GALLON OF OIL RUINS 240,000 GALLONS OF SEA WATER LET ALONE FRESH !

ALL DESALINATION PLANTS WILL HAVE TO SHUT DOWN ALL OVER THE GULF AND ISLANDS DUE TO FRESH WATER GONE !

BUY STOCK IN BOTTLED WATER FOLKS AS THAT WILL BECOME THE ONLY FRESH WATER AVAIABLE AND TRUSTED !

As a Professional I knew and still know the LEAK COULD BE STOPPED IN 8 HOURS FLAT using your Inventions.  Should any of these deep rigs go bad at the casing I do hope UNCLE will have a barge full of FRICTION PLUGS to seal deep in the ground leaks should casings fail …. I still believe those 178 TON BOP’s can be yanked up out of the sea bed to seal the well in a LAST EFFORT before the GULF fills up with OIL some inches on the shorelines and all underwater areas.   Take a look around, breathe clean air because the STENCH FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS WILL START shortly with dead creatures of all kinds washing up on shores.   BP does not have enough money in their wildest dreams to PAY ALL DAMAGES and why America has let BP keep this flow into the Gulf going is beyond this Old Contractor’s ability to fathom.  Too many County, Municipal and State CONTRACTORS AND WORKERS are there who know automatically how to stop the leak in 8 HOURS.   I even asked Cameron to give out the specifications and exact measurements of the top BOP FLANGE so it could be machined EMERGENCY and replaced with shutoff’s just like the one shown in your Christmas Tree Flange but maybe SANTA will bring clear thought to our Elected Officials all over the United States.

The Branko R. Babic Counter Pressure Plug with machined SLEEVE super thick would have fit perfectly over the BOP FLANGES AT TOP, sealed the unit and allowed BP to pull OFF the oil full bore.

Cameron, the MAKER OF THE BOP, has yet to provide the exact measurements to anyone and I doubt if BP CEO TONY HAYWARD will be diving with a TAPE to measure precisely the surface measurements of that flange plus all bolt patterns and connections for extra lines.  The Hydraulic Line without a Check Valve seems dangerous plus free standing 178 TON 8 STORY BOP seems actually STUPID to a Plumbing Contractor State Certified CFC032631 in Tampa, Florida.  Just as stupid is two modules ON the BOP which control electric components and batteries NOT INSTANTLY CHANGED like on ship fed lines with batteries constantly charging with SOLAR CHARGERS O RIGS.  To think there are some 4,000 potential disasters in the Gulf alone is frightening for the Planet as many are out in other Nations or other Off Shore sectors with the same STUPID UPRIGHT INSTALLATION ON SPECIAL FLANGES constantly RUSTING and one day in the future FOLKS this nightmare will happen again because NO AGENCY INSPECTS WITH ROV ALL RISERS to make sure they are Flotation ONLY design nor do they apparently REPORT LEAKS OF ANY KIND.

Spill a gallon of gas at the gas station and UNCLE will be there, removing dirt in BARRELS marked Contaminated sealed and taken to a conveyor where the soil will be burned by high heat conveyors and soil recovered…..think about the BILLIONS OF POUNDS OF OIL SOAKED BEACH SAND NOW PICKED UP, BAGGED AND PERHAPS REMOVED TO SOME LANDFILL WHERE IT EVENTUALLY MAY DETERIORATE THE PLASTIC WITH CHEMICALS IN SAME, LEACH INTO THE SAND, BE WASHED INTO THE AQUIFER FOR WATER PLANTS ALL OVER THE GULF TO TURN INTO DANGEROUS WATER SOLD TO CUSTOMERS OR WORSE THE WELLS WILL BE CONTAMINATED.  The very reason Ruth DeLaMater Bundy and Ralph Charles Whitley, Sr. ONLY DRINK DISTILLED WATER !   Think E-COLI tests to well water make sense and protect you from Chemicals and Pesticides, trace metals and drugs diluted…..think again as even AP showed CONTAMINATED TAP WATER searches on Google that the water and CONTAMINATED FAUCET AERATOR showed super deadly bacteria on EVERY FAUCET AERATOR IN AMERICA AND ALL OVER THE WORLD in Hotels, Motels, Cruise Ships, Aircraft, Ships, Submarines, Living Quarters Civilian and Military, Commercial and Residential Buildings.    DRINK WATER AND DIE ?

OH YES….Schools for children, adults, training and other uses such as retreats will CLOSE DOWN FOR 8 WEEKS PERHAPS SUMMER VACATION.   Imagine the Chlorine LEAVING the water in 4 days open to SUPER BACTERIA CULTURES TO COLONIZE.  Along comes the adults and children after the vacation drinking HIGH BACTERIA WATER, GETTING SICK and people will blame it on someone sneezing in their presence…..the real cause is the super bacteria in hot and cold water lines plus aerators and shower heads.   Imagine closing down your summer home for 6 months then coming back and acting as if it never was closed…..NUM NUM BACTERIA TASTES GOOD !   No County, State or City requirements for a CHLORINE SHOCK of those closed buildings…..now move into a FEMA TRAILER as it has been sitting idle for one full year with ONLY BACTERIA EVERYWHERE !

Stay SAFE….. Mr. President I can tell you who needs there ASS KICKED ALL THE WAY BACK TO ENGLAND ! 

How many deaths until you take over with the USCG and U.S. Navy sealing this leak by simply replacing the top flange on the BOP with a shutoff ?

060910  Shhhhhh.  America is SLEEPING and dreaming of vacations for summer for the children !


First:

Let me tell everyone that what you see on CNN is only a fraction of what is needed to confirm or reject these Vertical 8 story items are DANGEROUS as the power is in two modules on top at 5,000 feet below the surface of the GULF plus the riser piping seems minus a check valve to keep the critical hydraulic oil inside the unit.  My request for a diagram and possibly ability to get a top flange in the hands of the USCG, PRESIDENT AND BP for completely stopping this leak is CRITICAL DUE TO THE FAILURE OF BP to design a TOP HAT to fit precisely over the flange due to cuts just above flange on right side of riser plus top of riser is bent and damaged so immediate fit is impossible.   Brad Wehde had an idea using the REAMER to cut out the bad riser and ream deep into the flange then submit a formed plug which would grab the sides of the flange which is PERFECTLY ROUND and seal same forever.   BP desires to keep drawing OIL so 49 DAYS STALLING resulted in Top Hat 4 only getting perhaps 20 percent of the MILLIONS OF GALLONS OF OIL going into the Gulf.    Such is unacceptable as for less perhaps than $20,000.00 and EIGHT HOURS TOPS a Branko R. Babic SLEEVE WITH WEIGHTS PLUS 21 INCH RISER PIPE WITH PRESSURE RATED GATE VALVE AND CIRCULAR WHEEL FOR ROV USE PLUS PIPE ON THE OUTGOING SIDE OF THE SHUTOFF TO A FLANGE would have allowed placing the item SECURELY on the flange machined surfaces with super heavy weights and special clearance on the OUTSIDE DIAMETER OF FLANGE ONE and more opening for the special clearance of OUTSIDE DIAMETER OF FLANGE TWO NEAREST TO BOP with the item super thick machined with super bolt holes drilled and tapped allowing locking down the unit over the second flange with threads and super bolts perhaps 2 inches or more solid steel or even stainless with enough clearance to pull into the flange and hold everything tight.

COMPLETE SAVE WOULD INVOLVE A NEW FLANGE, NEW RISER AND NEW SHUTOFF DIRECTLY ATTACHED TO THE TOP OF BOP WHEN THE TOP FLANGE WAS REMOVED THEN ATTACHING THE NEW FLANGE WITH PIPE FLO THRU AND SHUTOFF THEN PIPE THEN FLANGE WOULD ALLOW ATTACHMENT TO A FEMALE FLANGE RISER GE FLOTATION AND THAT FIRST CONNECTION FROM THE SURFACE WOULD HAVE A FEMALE FLANGE WITH SHUTOFF THEN GO UP TO THE NEXT SECTION.  SUCH WOULD ALLOW THE MAIN DUMP OF OIL, GAS TO THE FLANGE UP RISER PAST SHUTOFF TO FLANGE AND WHEN SHUTOFF WAS CLOSED PARTIALLY THE FLOW OF OIL WOULD BE LESS BUT STILL THE RISER TO SURFACE WITH A WATERPROOF COVER COULD HAVE COVER REMOVED AND ALL FROM THE SURFACE WOULD HAVE NOTHING INSIDE PIPE….THEN ATTACHMENT SLOWLY TO RISER FEMALE FLANGE OVER THE SHUTOFF WOULD WASH ANY WATER OR OIL RESIDUE OFF OF THE MALE FLANGE THEN ONCE CONNECTED ALL WOULD BE NECESSARY IS TURNING OPEN THE RISER SHUTOFF AND OPENING THE BOP TOP FLANGE SHUTOFF TO PUSH ALL OIL AND GAS TO THE SURFACE WITHOUT ONE DROP GOING INTO THE GULF AND THAT RISER WOULD BE FLOTATION GE TYPE RISER ALL THE WAY TO THE SURFACE WITH ANOTHER SHUTOFF SOME 300 FEET BEFORE SURFACE AS A BACKUP PROTECTION DEVICE WHICH COULD BE SHUT OFF BY A ROV IMMEDIATELY IN AN EMERGENCY AND THE ENTIRE RISER WOULD STAND UP WITH FLOTATION.    ALL would be possible with the new Cameron BOP top flange and a new riser package with care to insure a check valve on the hydraulic lines at BOP and top at surface 200 feet or so down from the sea bed.       BP would have saved $750 MILLION using the Branko R. Babic Counter Pressure Plug or Counter Pressure Plug with sleeve, shutoff and flange OR replacing the BOP top flange and connections to flotation RISER GE PIPE once a shutoff was in place to slow down the flow then leave it open full going up to the top vessel.

Such replacement of the TOP FLANGE ON BOP would allow temporary shutdown for months if necessary to move more equipment and recover items on the bottom including the 11 men dead resting on the sea bed of the Gulf because then the ROV lights could find those bodies and remove the men to the surface using special slings with 55 gallon drums with covers added once they reached the surface to be transferred to crafts to be taken to a CORONER then buried with the family finally having closure while the Investigation continues retrieving all RISER PIPING, RIG and other items on the sea floor.  A full investigation would reveal many things and some may even go to JAIL !

Here many will see exactly and precisely what these monster BOP’s are all about and remember the power is usually in a MODULE down 5,000 feet and it memory serves me correct the CAMERON BOP ON THE DEEPWATER HORIZON was a 2001 installation having two modules with batteries plus some other items such as a super large 36 inch match up flange with something on the bottom perhaps attached to the casing.  Casing could have a rupture from the intense stress placed upon same when the rig went off course uncontrollably loosing thruster correction motors and pull from Gulf Waves and other stress pulling on the Riser not only could have damaged the UNDERSEA CASING but also damaged the riser at the TOP FLANGE which was considered critical to stop the flow in the GULF right now and since 042610.

FOR THOSE CAPABLE OF MAKING DRAWINGS AND REQUESTING PICTURES OF A BOP, FLANGED TEE, FLANGED HIGH PRESSURE GATE VALVES WITH WHEEL SHUTOFF, 90 DEGREE ELL FLANGED AND BOP LYING ON THE SEA BED WITH CONNECTIONS TO SPOOL PIECES OR WHATEVER WOULD MAKE IT SAFE CAN REVIEW THE FOLLOWING PHOTOS THEN MAKE UP SOMETHING:

  


 

Now see if you can follow.  8 Story BOP is laid down on steel “I” beams Standard painted or dipped maybe 100 feet wide.

Perhaps 20 “I” Beams are placed on the ocean floor near the casing which has a TEE with ALL GATE VALVES ON EACH THREE FLANGES.   FLOW THRU TO TOP OF GULF WITH SIDE OUTLET HORIZONTAL WITH GATE VALVE THEN SPACER OR SPOOL TO BOTTOM OF BOP CASING MATCH UP SEALED ON BOTTOM OF BOP.    OUT OF TOP OF BOP THERE IS A FLANGED 90 DEGREE ELL AFTER ANOTHER SPACER OR SPOOL TURNING UP TOWARD SURFACE WITH A SHUTOFF VALVE THEN FLANGE TO JOIN SURFACE RISER WHICH ALSO HAS A SECOND FLANGED SHUTOFF AND FLANGE MALE TO FIT PERFECTLY WITH BOP OUTGOING ITEMS.

Purpose….get the 178 TONS off of the Casing and insure the BOP cannot be pulled out of line or fracture the casing itself.  Multiple shutoffs allow BOP to be removed if necessary for repairs.   TOP FLOW ON THE TEE would have a super flange sealing the top shutoff area and having special welded flanges of perhaps 10 inch pipe X 2 for MUD and CEMENT to be pumped under super pressure forcing the oil and gas back and sealing the well casing then closing the supply side shutoff will allow the concrete to set up without blocking the shutoff globe valve seals.   One could ARGUE for a WYE FITTING OR TWO WYE FITTINGS ON THE CASING RISER BEFORE SHUTOFF WITH THEIR OWN SHUTOFFS TO ALLOW MUD OR CONCRETE TO BE PUMPED IN BEFORE SHUTOFF IS OPENED AS ONCE CLOSED YOU COULD PUMP ANY AMOUNT OF CONCRETE MIXED WITH FRESH WATER OR MUD MIXED WITH FRESH WATER INTO THE WELL CASING HOWEVER DEEP DESIRED TO SEAL A WELL OR STOP PRESSURE PROBLEMS SHOULD A CASING BE DAMAGED.

I am not an artist but surely Brad or even Steve can take the written ideas, look at the flanged items and place them in a drawing to show WHY A BOP must be lying down on the sea floor with I beams under same.


Gentlemen:

Sent the message to Cameron and the lady I know sent it to the Assistant to the CEO. Once we get something in will send it forward to you for drawings.

Keep in mind the depiction below shows ONE PIPE for riser when there were actually perhaps 4 or 5 to the TOP of the BOP and furthermore I doubt if the 178 TON unit is standing unsupported in waves that is why we recommended the President make the BOP lie down on the Gulf Sea Bed on HUGE THICK I-BEAMS to support unit thinking North and South BOP East and West I-BEAMS.  The bottom flange shown should match up with a flanged TEE with three valves such as ball valves for shutting down or dumping mud and cement down hole by isolating the Horizontal Tee component to the BOP flange and out of the top of the BOP having a 90 degree ell with Shutoff before flange going to surface …..preferably mandated FULL FLOTATION RISER PIPING up 5,000 feet with connections or flanges every 90 feet or so on that GE FLOTATION RISER.

I cringe thinking of some 3000 or more items with full pressure and gas in the GULF in case of Terrorist Attack, Earthquake or TSUNAMI breaking these off at the casing and NO ONE CAN STOP IT !

Branko R. Babic FRICTION PLUG may have to be used quickly on some 30 rigs with these 8 Story Tall items not able to stop from falling over and breaking the seal at the CASING TOP SECTION when falling over.    T H A T     I S    R E A L L Y  SCARY !

WHY ANY BOP WOULD HAVE A CONTROL MODULE WITH BATTERY PERHAPS ON THE BOTTOM RATHER THAN USE CONTROL FROM THE TOP AND ABILITY TO CHARGE AND CHANGE THOSE NEAT BATTERIES FROM THE TOP VESSEL CONTROLLING SAME. THEY MAY ALSO FIND THE 11 BODIES IF LOOKING IN THE AREA CONFIRMING EXACTLY WHAT TYPE OF RISER WAS USED BY DEEPWATER HORIZON AND OTHERS.

According to my 2006 FBI BULLETIN writing the 11 should start surfacing into FEEDING AREAS very shortly and I am appalled that no effort was made to take the ROV’s IDLE ALL DAY LONG to the bottom for a controlled 5 mile grid search of the area to find the bodies then send down 55 gallon drums open top with water to carefully pick up the body and take it individually to the surface in the same sling barrel 55 gallon drum where it will be transferred to fast launch in the barrel and water to the shore to be taken to a CORONER.    VICK’s VAPORUB under nose and in each nostril then wearing OBA would help as the stench would be difficult for many people to bear and a SEALING TOP would be necessary over the barrel folks as body fluids would perhaps leak into the barrel water.

BEEN THERE….DONE THAT AT TAMPA GENERAL HOSPITAL MORGUE AS A FUZZ WITH DR. JOHN FEEGEL OR FEEGLE AND HIS STAFF YEARS AGO AS A CITY OF TAMPA POLICE OFFICER BADGE 435 FROM LATE 1966 UNTIL MAY OF 1972.  Those families need closure with their loved one recovery even if they cannot be allowed to view the bodies….fingers, eyes, ears, nose and perhaps more missing as creatures on the bottom of the sea feed.   No problem finding them…..use ROV lights and get it to the priority item please.

Until I can get, or you can get those exact measurements, think of 36 inches standard flange outer surface and 21 inch riser to 21 inch shutoff to 21 inch female flange shown on the GE pipe perhaps.

REMEMBER BP used steel pipe riser with four or five independent lines pushed in at each section.  ODD…. No Flotation.   Just was hoping Brad or You could make a drawing showing the same connections as the GE FLOTATION RISER at the flange as welding a female flange to the TOP of the riser would work for illustration replacing the flange.

Sorry. My last tour was short at Naples NAF and in 1963 we learned a small bit of Italian and some of it came back trying to communicate with this individual in Italy I blew my cover with ONI run to Wheelus AFB Libya as Pilots from the USCG were dealing in contraband and shipping same out on the last bus leaving NAF Naples with some decoy sitting up front with the drivers so no security checking of the Bus.  Why walk to the back when you can not see anyone or anything there.  One Petty Officer USCG pulled me before the Commanding Officer, threatening my life until I told the Commanding Officer to call ONI and all threats were silenced then BUPERS had orders for me to return to America at the Crypto Center in 1 day for all when actually it took me a week to leave.

 Now that we are over 70, it is really fuzzy.   Lived in Rome for about 6 months then came back.  Worked too many years as a Welder and Plumber so stopping this leak is a breeze when you can get the measurements.  Try calling Cameron Corporate 713-513-3300 to get the Deepwater Horizon BOP top flange measurements and ask where they have another flange one can get to stop this leak.   NO RESPONSE ???????

The information IS getting through to Cameron as I talked today with the Corporate Office in Houston plus Mike Pascale called back and we talked about 30 minutes with main interest on the BOP Measurements ONLY for the top Flange and location of another machined flange so that USCG and President can order it installed immediately.

Noticed tonight that BP is paying attention and has no doubt verified the CUT on right side spewing oil and gas into the Gulf.  Apparently someone is making up a new TOP HAT which will seal over the flange as stated was needed.  LONG body special machined surface will do it but without WEIGHT on same it may be useless.  Weight should be 30,000 PSI weights or like the weights a barbell lifter encounters but it will be necessary to have a riser, shutoff, riser connection.  Containment CAP is taking less than 20 percent right now.

Sorry Jim but I feel the replacement of this flange with shutoff and FULL BORE 21 inch riser protected with Flotation Pipe is needed immediately !   Exterior lines should power up the BOP hydraulic lines with check valve above BOP then maybe it will work.  Asked for BOP manual to see if I could find Plan C, Plan D, Plan E since it obviously is there.

Sadly the 4000 other rigs and well casings could perhaps be a SUPER INTERNATIONAL DISASTER since obviously everyone felt they could simply STAND UP the BOP’s with a bottom flange and do not have “I” beams east and west while they laid the BOP on the bottom NORTH TO SOUTH.  One Earthquake or Tsunami wave and America WILL SIMPLY GO AWAY !    ROV’s must confirm what really is down there and see how many RIGS violated any guidelines like BP did with steel pipe without FLOTATION.

 What is this ….. DAY 47 or so ?  Unbelievable !

Ruth and I are preparing for the Arrival of the Oil and Tar Balls in to my area shortly.  The STENCH will become unbearable with the fish kills and animal kills inside the bay alone.

Folks:   Idea is simple….. get a second top flange for the BOP from China or anywhere via SUPERSONIC JET.  Take same to any good welding and machine shop MATCHING the exact holes and uses you see in the Photo, add welding a 21 inch riser, gate valve circular wheel or square steel 4 inch shutoff capability, section of riser then second female flange to match up to the FLOTATION RISER to surface with special shutoff down at BOP connection and before reaching surface.

Keep in mind the four or five EXTERNAL lines for perhaps mud and hydraulic fluid MUST have check valves to prevent loss of any fluids into the BOP through this new flange.

THE FLANGE must match exactly with the bolt and nut applications for this is CRITICAL as extra external piping must be attached as shown in the photo below.   I talked perhaps 30 minutes with Cameron in their Houston OFFICE plus spoke directly with Mike Pascale from Abernathy McGregor and gave them all the http://www.scribd.com/ralphwhitleysr  site to confirm since 042610 we have been screaming about the Branko R. Babic Counter Pressure Plug ideas with sleeve and now the latest change of the BOP Flange if there is another one on the PLANET or specs available from China or anywhere to MAKE ONE IMMEDIATELY.

IF you were present in Tampa I would ESCORT YOU OR SEND YOU  to the City or County Emergency Crews to see how they change shutoffs and flanges underground or underwater.   Then like your auto wheel, if it goes flat you call AAA, the AAA driver for road service jacks up your vehicle and pulls off the tire unscrewing several bolts then puts on your spare and you drive off.   Same principal with 5,000 feet deep removal of a flange, insertion of a new flange with riser with shutoff and the flow through allows even an ROV to simply insert one bolt and nut then swing the new flange over into position and crane lowers onto female surfaces of the BOP second flange.  

Trouble is no one can get the exact measurements of the BOP from the British Petroleum who are pumping some $400 Million into cleaning up a spill for perhaps Terrorism or to pay back America for Paul Revere’s ride.  TWO LIGHTS as this time they are coming by sea along with our President who is happy to see and report perhaps 30 million school children who will be employed this summer picking up Oil and many DYING.

Meanwhile….who will stand up and say TAKE OVER THE SPILL – CHANGE THE FLANGE AND SHUT DOWN THE SPILL ?

You would perhaps leave your water hose running forever if the shutoff broke and water was running from your home into that hose.   Not me.  I would shut down the water after removing the connection to the wall outlet and putting a special fitting screwed on to the pipe with a shutoff then another adapter to go to male hose bibb so you could attach a new water hose and stopping the leak.         See the real picture how easy this was to do even at 5,000 feet but BP does not want to stop the leak and the President nor Governor have let the U.S. Government specialists like U.S. Navy Divers and SEA BEES who handle these damage control events somewhere daily.

Until someone screams to the Governor’s and our President TELLS HIS DAUGHTER TRUTH that it could be fixed in 8 hours and does it…..Gulf Coast and Florida plus East Coast and islands to the SOUTH will never be the same perhaps for THIRTY YEARS IN THE FUTURE.   You saw the MAYDAY FOURTEEN Message.  Some 4,000 DEEP WATER HORIZON DANGEROUS RIGS ARE IN THE GULF !   Let them cap one well…..how many years in salt water before those casings RUST THROUGH and EXPLODE CONTENTS TO THE SURFACE ?   Check with the University Professors and County or City professionals.   Where are you moving ….. I can stop the leak if given the exact measurements for the flange and getting a short riser with shutoff valve to another riser female for surface riser….but INSIST on Flotation Riser which would stand straight up and in the future insist on all BOP’s lying down on the sea bed not standing UP for a wave or Earthquake to break the contact with the riser as they are UNSUPPORTED.  Demand the TEE with shutoffs and BOP lying down with BOP top flange with a 90 degree ell pointing to surface with a shutoff then should anything happen remember any ROV can shut down the circular wheel gate valves 36 inch just like your County and City workers do EVER SINGLE DAY.  You are not 80 nor 70 years old. Ruth is 80 and I am 70, will leave a light on for you !

I remember news media stating how concerned John Couey seemed at the fact Jessica Lunsford was not at home when in fact HE was the rapist and killer who buried her body near a septic tank precisely where we called the Sheriff and told them to look not knowing there was a trailer near the home with Couey inside along with three other adults who never heard the screams....not even the FBI would polygraph those other three people as I felt they were conspirators or concealing MURDER.

 

I also sadly remember calling Sheriff Brady Judd's office telling them of a dream about the shooter of their deputy asking for someone to contact the USCG and Military on use of the F.L.I.R. System on a helicopter which would show, as my dream did, the shooter was within perhaps 100 yards of the shooting scene under brush hiding.  The Deputy stated he would relay the message and the next day perhaps 50 deputies surrounded the TREE AND BRUSH where the murderer was hiding and a gun battle caused the death of the shooter.

 

My motives for starting with messages to the U.S. Government, Governors and DOJ with solutions GUARANTEED to stop the oil spill and pleading to recover the 11 bodies down on the Gulf sea bed was prompted again by dreams that the bodies are waiting plus the piping was the wrong kind and had no check valves and these damned BOP's were standing on the sea floor ready to fall over and start an INTERNATIONAL DISASTER.  Some 200 or more have to be inspected immediately because this ACT OF TERRORISM AND MURDER points directly to the same individuals who tried all of these incorrect methods to stop the leaks while perhaps THEY are the criminals and terrorists walking among you and not under arrest or confined.

 

Branko R. Babic from Oxford England and I have been communicating via SKYPE which costs this old Veteran some 2 cents per minute to call England.  The known solution was given over and over to the BP and Horizon people since 042610 and now the Gulf Coast, Florida and Islands plus perhaps East Coast and beyond will suffer TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN DAMAGE all because the BP CEO Tony Hayward, appearing so very sorry, is creating a NATIONAL DISASTER which could become an International Disaster should my dreams be true.

Babic and I discussed the known fact that before one can machine anything to super critical tolerances necessary in this case THE BOP MEASUREMENTS must be known precisely and the TIP OF CRIMINALITY comes in that BP nor Horizon people furnished the information or pictures of even the STUPID NON FLOTATION GE RISER PIPE in any video for Experts to make recommendations since 042010 nor has anyone taken a ROV with lights over the sea bed for a five mile radius to find the bodies of 11 men known to be on the bottom and KNOWN from FBI 2006 Special Reports to start surfacing and move on shortly.

 

Remember as an investigator would that when the local police bang on the door of a home on fire, tell the owner the house is on fire and that owner is asked if there are ANY PEOPLE INSIDE and the owner said perhaps "No officer. We opened a file http://www.scribd.com/ralphwhitleysr  where we have loaded each and every FILE concerning the INVENTION and METHODS suggested involving Brenelle Enterprises “JET SWET” personally used by Ralph Charles Whitley, Sr. as a PLUMBER many times for soldering Copper PIPE.  Such modification of this patented idea would have allowed FULL FLOW STOPPING OF ANY LEAK and taking the product, gas, oil and water to the surface until other similar units could be utilized OR hydraulic squeezing of pipes.

ODD as it may seem, the BP Underwater ROV cameras NEGLECTED TO SHOW THE ALL STEEL PIPE FIVE SIZES WITHOUT ANY FLOTATION FROM BOP TO RIG.  Something is super WEIRD with this scenario that NOT ONE CALL HAS COME IN FROM THE USCG OR BP on the sure fire way to stop these leaks.

I also submit that delays were known and no good PIPE CUTTER using a SAW or HYDRAULIC SHEAR would ever go UNDER THE PIPE unless he or she desired the SHEAR TO GET STUCK AND THE TOOTHED CUTTER WHEELS TO GET STUCK.   I suggested Oceaneering along with the use of their ROV CHOP SAW special diamond blade and the ROV OPERATORS used same from the SIDE GETTING STUCK which made no sense.  Finally these people made a SHORT CUT ON ONE SIDE RIGHT SIDE OF THE DAMAGED RISER NEAR THE FLANGE and really screwed up everything by the leak causing that super leak you see on flicks from the ROV.

Ruth and I were joined by Branko Richard Babic, 53A Middle Way Summertown Oxford Ox2 7LE UK telephone and fax 44 1865 310772 e-mail babic.branko@virgin.net who has a web site http://homepage.vigin.net/babic.branko/  where in 1991 Mr. Babic INVENTED a Counter Pressure Plug, Counter Pressure Plug with pipe and shutoff plus a FRICTION PLUG for use in casing problems to seal from the TOP no matter how deep….that is really slick.

We contacted Mr. Babic and got permission to GIVE HIS INVENTION with a modification of steel sleeve over the machined washer which was 12 inches thick to press OUT on the interior of the 21 inch riser and the SLEEVE would be a second seal from when the riser pushed outward as the 30,000 pound weight with tube, shutoff, flange on top was placed OVER the riser pipe making a perfect seal HORIZONTAL OR VERTICAL.  Sleeve could even have holes bored with tap holes to allow super strong bolts to hold onto riser pipe.  Such revelation was GIVEN TO USCG, PRESIDENT, BP, HORIZON, ALTERNATE TECHNOLOGIES AND EVERYONE WE KNEW.  STILL NO PHONE CALLS OR INQUIRES AS THE BRANKO BABIC CPP WOULD WORK IMMEDIATELY SAVING THE GULF.

Suddenly BP used OCEANEERING to use a Hydraulic SHEAR BLADE and we watched in HORROR as it was inserted CUTTING BLADE FROM BOTTOM on stressed pipe and it as anticipated JAMMED !

We also watched multiple attempts by ROV operators on all five lines in the RISER going down from the TOP OF THE BOP 8 stories PLUS striking with heavy force on the sea bed plus bending the RISER at a point perhaps 36 inches above the BOP FLANGE.  NOT A GOOD SITUATION.

We watched over the next few days as BP tried to put mud into the lines and watched it jump out of the riser bent section a different color but also recommended using LEAD BALLS as well as HYDRAULIC STEEL SECTIIONS CLOSING ON PIPE TO STOP THE FLOW but nothing of the sort happened and the GULF received perhaps 21 MILLION GALLONS OF OIL up through 46 THE DAY since the explosion and sinking of the Deepwater Horizon.    NOW IT REALLY GETS WEIRD AS WE WORKED WITH THE IXTOC 1 PEOPLE FROM PEMEX TELLING THEM PRECISELY HOW TO STOP THE CASING BLOWOUT WITH SUPER TORCH FROM BELOW THE SEA BED.  I TOLD THEM AT PEMEX TO FORCE LEAD INTO THE WELL CASING……AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS BARGES WERE MAKING LEAD BALLS AND GREASING THEM THEN FORCING SAME INTO CASING WITH HYDRAULIC AIR RAMS.

As the leak was shown AFTER PERHAPS 35 DAYS INTO THE SPILL and the MUD and JUNK SHOT was being tried with GOLF BALLS AND RUBBER which would be forced through the openings when LEAD OR STEEL BALLS would have stopped the leak at the riser AFTER CUTTING.   ODD AGAIN ANY PIPE WORKER WOULD TAKE ALL WEIGHT BOTH SIDES OFF WITH CRANES, PLACE THE HYDRAULIC CUTTER ON TOP AWAY FROM BOP THEN ONCE SETTLED DUE TO VESSEL MOVEMENT ONE COULD CUT A V SHAPE CUT IN THE CRIMPED PIPE ALLOWING FULL ACCESS TO THE RISER THEN A PERFECT CUT WOULD BE MADE BUT NO…..SOMEONE ORDERED A DIAMOND CUT DOWN NEAR FLANGE…. CUT ON RIGHT SIDE JAMMED BUT NO WEDGES WERE USED BUT IT LEAKS FULL BLAST OUT INTO THE OCEAN.

NOTICE ….. ROLLED LEAD OR EVEN STEEL HAMMERED INTO THE CUT WOULD ALLOW NO OIL, GAS OR WATER TO ESCAPE DOWN FROM THAT MAJOR LEAK…..NO ONE CALLED but it might work if ROV can hold section of lead rolled to size of CUT then another ROV hammer it into the hole even if oversized as little pressure and a band could lower the flow.

NOW COMES THE FINAL STUPIDITY LIKE THE FAMOUS  TOP HAT WAS MEANT TO FAIL WHEN IN FACT THE BRANKO R. BABIC FLANGE SEAL SLEEVE WOULD NOT ONLY WORK BUT WOULD STOP THE LEAK AND ALLOW ALL MATERIALS TO GO UP TO THE SHIP ON THE SURFACE PROVIDED THERE WAS SUFFICIENT GE FLOTATION RISER PIPE..   THE SAD PART ALSO IS THERE MAY BE 200 SIMILAR RIGS GETTING READY TO FAIL SO GET OFF YOUR BUTS AND USE ROV TO INSPECT FOR 1) SHUTOFFS 2) FLOTATION RISERS 3) CHECK VALVES ON HYDRAULIC LINES FOR BOP AND 4 ALL BOP’S SHOULD HAVE CASING FLANGE TO SHUTOFF TO TEE TO SHUTOFFS ON ALL OUTLETS OF TEE AND HORIZONTAL SECTION MUST BE CONNECTED TO BASE OF BOP THEN BOP LAID DOWN ON THE SAND AND PULLED OVER TO MAKE THE FLANGE CONNECTIONS THEN OUT OF THE TOP OF BOP THEY MUST HAVE A FLANGE TO FLANGE 90 DEGREE ELL TO SHUTOFF TO FLANGE FOR RISER…….GET THE PICTURE.

Branko R. Babic, a younger Professional living in Oxford UK, invented a Counter Pressure Plug, Counter Pressure Plug with pipe and shutoff, Friction Plug back in 1991 for the Kuwait Oil Disaster FIRES.  Florida and the Gulf Coast have JACK THE RIPPER CONDUCTING THE INVESTIGATIONS AND APPROVING SOLUTIONS WITH THE BOBBIES AND SCOTLAND YARD AT HIS BECK AND CALL BELIEVING EVERYTHING HE SAYS BECAUSE THIS ALLOWS 20 MILLION AMERICANS TO WORK AND PAYS WAGES TO THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE

On 042010 the BP Leased Deepwater Horizon rig, with known BOP problems and failed cement seals, caused a severe Explosion destroying the ability to stay on position using thrusters with blown engines plus ignited fuel and gas onboard dooming 11 men immediately on the work floor and threatening 125 other men and a single woman on the rig who were forced to jump into the water, scurry for life boats and once the rig drifted OFF course pulling on the all Steel RISER 21 INCH with four or five lines without check valves for hydraulic to the damaged BOP the rig broached over and compartments filled with water starting a spinning action into the deep.   As a result three broken or bent areas of this steel multi pipe riser WITHOUT FLOTATION sunk to the depts. Along with the RIG and 11 souls.

Keep in mind the normal and customary SAFETY MEASURES SUCH AS WATER FAN SPRINKLERS TO MAKE THE RIG LOOK LIKE NIAGRA FALLS WITH SEAWATER PUMPING WERE NOT ON THE RIG except perhaps a small foam unit on the Helicopter PAD.  The clothing WORN by those 11 men, rather than having super visibility patches were limited to shoulder patches so the Crane Operator perhaps could see the person from his seat high above the floor.  Otherwise even Acoustic Emergency SHUTDOWN of the BOP was not onboard.   For a really scary scene picture an 8 story tall super steel item standing on a 36 inch casing on the bottom with all mass going topside.  Picture also the 5,000 feet of steel multiple riser pipes broken at the rig and falling to the ocean bottom crashing and bending over the solid steel 21 inch riser with .812 inches thickness at the BOP flange top maybe 30 inches from the flange causing a crimp but also leaking gas, oil, water and dreams into the Gulf.

BP OIL and the CEO Tony Hayward KNEW of the faulty BOP annular rubber and failure to shut off the unit in an emergency BUT kept pressing forward to shoot watered down (seawater) mud into the casing then try to have Halliburton send CEMENT PLUGS possibly mixed with SEA WATER into the casing which COULD NEVER WORK as the casing water would have to be FRESH WATER FOLKS.  No cement sets up in SALT WATER MIX.

Immediately after the explosion and sinking the ROV operators were constantly filming from a distance the LEAK fartherest from the BOP and one leak was shown in drawings half way down the pipe on the sea bed and a crimped pipe was drawn BUT NO VIDEO for weeks.  It has now been 47 days today and STILL THE LEAK COULD HAVE BEEN STOPPED RECOVERING THE OIL AND GAS WITHIN 8 DAYS.   I watched futile attempts to use a Hydraulic Shear cutting from the BOTTOM causing same to JAM.  Watched repeated ROV attempts to cut pipe stressed for hours only to see those jam when ALL CUTS MUST BE MADE FROM THE TOP REGARDLESS OF SIZE AND HYDRAULIC OR ROTARY.  Messages were sent SCREAMING for the ROV operator to check with experts on these cuts. TO NO AVAIL.

Conversations via SKYPE with Branko Richard Babic in Oxford resulted in me being fully authorized EARLY ON to give away his invention to BP and American Officials to stop the leak in it’s tracks. NO ONE WOULD USE IT !   Even today you can see the IDIOTIC TOP HAT #4 WITH OIL SPEWING OUT……actually no one thought or realizes the SUPER LOSS OF OIL SPEWING OUT INTO THE GULF was from the CUT made by a diamond saw only perhaps 2 inches above the FLANGE for over 24 inches and NO ONE FILLED THE VOID WITH STEEL BENT AND HAMMERED IN PLACE so the leak is a monster !

Branko R. Babic’s INVENTION of the Counter Pressure Plug is UNDENIABLY THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THE LEAK EVEN AT THE FLANGE WITH A RISER GOING DOWN OVER THE FLANGE AREA WITH THAT 2 OR 3 INCHES OF CLEAN TIGHT SURFACE BEGGING TO BE MATCHED WITH A THICK MACHINED FLANGE WHICH ALSO WOULD GO OVER THE FIRST FLANGE TIGHTLY AND ALLOW WITH MORE MACHINING CONTACT WITH THE AREA AROUND THE SECOND FLANGE WITH SUPER STRONG BOLTS SCREWED INTO THE SECOND FLANGE HOLDING EVERYTHING.   

All because BP would NOT GIVE OUT THE EXACT MEASUREMENTS TO ALLOW Brad Wehde to make an illustration SIMILAR to his solution which would have only SEALED THE WELL BOP OUTPUT.

Branko R. Babic and I asked repeatedly for the President, USCG and Governors to get the measurements as BP refused to get another flange, hook up another riser Flotation unit, re-power the BOP with hydraulic fluid with a check valve keeping all oil inside the BOP which might now work PLUS ability to hook up 21 inch full bore riser GE FLOTATION to the surface which was never used the first time or the RIG could have CUT AWAY and drifted away from danger saving perhaps 11 LIVES.

In that we have now called for, via written documentation, a full Terrorism Investigation and Felony Murder Investigation these files are no longer CONFIDENTIAL and available to anyone as this NATIONAL DISASTER MIGHT BECOME AN INTERNATIONAL DISASTER QUICKLY IF ANY SIMILAR RIG PIPING OR BOP’S GO BAD.

I have called for the USCG and President to INSURE NO BOP IS LEFT STANDING ON A CASING FLANGE IN THE FUTURE.  ALL CASINGS SHOULD MATCH UP WITH A SHUTOFF VALVE THEN A TEE WITH FLOW NORTH TO SOUTH INTO CASING AND THE SIDE OUTLET TO BE WITH A SHUTOFF THEN THE BOP ATTACHED LYING ON THE SEA FLOOR AND OUT OF THE BOP WOULD BE A 90 DEGREE ELLS FLANGED TO A SHUTOFF THEN RISERS PROPERLY FLOTATION EQUIPPED TO THE SURFACE AREAS.    Removal of the BOP would be simple, quick and safe, replacement simple, quick and safe plus the ACOUSTIC SHUTOFF should be mandatory.  Professionally speaking I am super afraid the ENTIRE WORLD IS IN DANGER IF THESE RIGS AND BOP’s EVER EXPERIENCE AN EARTHQUAKE CAUSING THE UNITS TO FALL OVER RIPPING OUT THE CASINGS AND SPEWING OIL AND GAS INTO THE WATER UNCONTROLLABLY.  UNLESS YOU HAVE 200 BRANKO R. BABIC FRICTION PLUGS TO LOWER OVER EACH SPILL AREA INSTANTLY BECAUSE NO ONE CAN USE A BOAT TO GO INTO THE AREA OF SUCH DISASTER AS THE GAS WOULD KILL EVERYONE ONBOARD UNLESS A NUCLEAR SUBMARINE COULD LOWER THE COUNTER PRESSURE PLUGS WHICH MUST PLUG AN UNKNOWN CIRCUMFERANCE LIKE PERHAPS 7 INCHES AT BREAK OUT TO 36 INCHES RISER AND ANYTHING SENT DOWN TOO LARGE WOULD JAM AND ANYTHING TOO SMALL WOULD HAVE TO GO FIT ON THE SIDES NEAR THE PUNCHOUT SECTION.   Scary for even you in England.

I have repeatedly indicated to BP and others that the LOCAL STATE, COUNTY, CITY UTILITIES HAVE WORKERS WHO SOLVE THESE LEAK PROBLEMS UNDERGROUND, UNDERWATER AND ABOVE GROUND ALL OVER THIS NATION ALMOST ON A DAILY BASIS.  Like my State Certification for Plumbing in Florida plus specialized training and experience as a Welder and Backflow Prevention Assembly SPECIALIST I can tell you that even the OIL down 1000 feet in blobs can be sucked to the surface PLUS the blobs near the beaches can be collected with sump pumps and skimmers with VACTOR TRUCKS helping control the damage local which IS COMING TO THE TAMPA BAY AREA, KEYS AND EAST COAST PLUS ISLANDS !

What my President and USCG forget is that if YOU HAVE A LEAK ON A FLANGED RISER TWO INCHES ABOVE THE NUTS AND BOLT HEADS SOME 20 OR MORE INCHES LONG VISIBLE WITH SUPER RELEASE OF OIL, GAS AND WATER,  EVEN AT 5,000 FEET BELOW THE SURFACE….You CUT THE BOLTS, PULL OFF THE FLANGE, MAKE ANOTHER WITH SPECIFCATIONS SUPER CRITICAL TO YOU OR ANYONE, ESPECIALLY BP OR BUY ANOTHER OR GET ONE FROM CAMERON OR CHINA BY SUPERSONIC JET….BRING IT TO A MACHINES SHOP, MAKE A RISER CONNECTION, PUT IN A SHUTOFF, PUT IN A FLANGE FOR RISER TO SURFACE SHIP THEN SEND THAT PUPPY DOWN BY CRANE AND HAVE THE RIG BE SET PERFECTLY AND PUT IN ONE BOLT, PUSH IT WITH ROV OVER THE DAMNED HOLES AND MATCH EVERYTHING UP PERFECTLY UP AND DOWN BOLTS, PULL ONE BOLT DOWN WITH THAT MALE FLANGE GOING INTO THE FEMALE FLANGE POSITION ON THE BOP TOP FIRST FLANGE.    HOW MUCH TIME ?   8 HOURS TWO ROV’S.

Once it seats down properly then tighten ALL bolts and nuts. I even sent pictures of a OPEN END BOX WRENCH WHERE THEY COULD ATTACH NUTS AND TIE OFF WITH WIRE LIKE YOU USE ON BREAD SO IT CAN BE DESTROYED BUT HOLD THE LARGE NUTS EASILY…EVEN FISHING LINE WOULD WORK THEN BREAK AWAY AND THE ROV WOULD HAVE A SOCKET ATTACHMENT HOLDING A BOLT……IF 8 BOLTS YOU WOULD HAVE A BUCKET OF STEEL PERHAPS WITH 10 BOLTS AND 10 NUTS READY FOR INSTALLATION.   ONCE SHUT DOWN WITH THE ROV THEN YOU COULD EVEN HAVE ONE ROV USE A CHEATER BAR TO REALLY PUT SOME TENSION ON THOSE SUPER BOTLS AND NUTS MAKING A PERFECT SEAL.  

ONCE SEALED YOU SIMPLY CLOSE THE SHUTOFF VALVE….POSSIBLY A GATE VALVE RATED AT 15,000 PSI WITH ROTARY WHEEL OR LIKE UNDERGROUND PIPE VALVES WITH A THREE INCH SQUARE SHUTOFF THAT THE ROV CAN ATTACH EVEN WHAT WE USE OR COUNTIES OR CITIES USE TO SHUT DOWN THOSE WATER VALVES…..TIE IT OFF FOR FALLING 8 STORIES MAY BURY ONE IN THE SEA BED….HAVE A SECOND ONE READY…   ONCE YOU HOOK UP THE FLANGE OUTGOING TO THE RISER FLOTATION PIPE…..YOU ARE ALMOST HOME…. TURN ON THE RISER CONNECTION AFTER YOU REMOVE THE WATER PROOF AREA WITH 2 INCHES ONLY SINCE THE RISER WOULD BE SEALED ON THE WAY DOWN AND POSSIBLY FLEXIBLE RISER FOR TRANSFER OF OIL AND GAS.

Now for the real difficult request…… PAINT THE NEW FLANGE AND SHUTOFF PLUS RISER RED, WHITE AND BLUE !

That would allow BP to back off, USCG to find the dead 11 men on the bottom, retrieve all of the rig and piping on the sea bed.

After the HURRICANE SEASON is over then USCG and USN can plan on sending down special CONCRETE MIX WITH FRESH WATER FORCED DOWN THE CASING VIA KILL VALVE AND CHOKE VALVE UNTIL IT SETS UP.  THEN THEY CAN WAIT CHECKING TWICE AND THIRD TIME THEN REMOVE THE BOP FROM THE STUPID ARRANGEMENT OF CONNECTING AN 8 STORY STEEL ITEM ON THE SEA FLOOR BY FLANGE TO THE CASING WITH IT STANDING UP TO FALL OVER CREATING A NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL DISASTER.

ONCE THE CEMENT IS SECURE….CRANES CAN HOLD THE BOP READY TO BRING UP SAME, BOLTS AND NUTS CAN BE SHEARED OR PERHAPS UNSCREWED WITH CHEATER THEN ENTIRE BOP CAN BE BROUGHT TO THE SURFACE WHILE CRANE TWO BRINGS DOWN TO THE SEA BOTTOM OFF TO THE SIDE WAITING A NEAT TOY……..

36 INCH FLANGE ATTACHED TO 36 INCH GATE VALVE ON A 36 INCH TEE PROPERLY PAINTED TO STOP CORROSION, ALL SECTIONS OF THE TEE MUST HAVE GATE VALVE SHUTOFFS ALSO BY FLANGE. ONCE INSTALLED ON THE SEABED CASING THE MAIN UP ROUTE WILL BE SEALED BY A SHUTOFF AND PERHAPS HAVE A THICK PLATE ALLOWING FEEDING OF CEMENT AND MUD DIRECT INTO THE TEE AND WITH THE CASING SHUTOFF OPENED THEN THE OUTGOING HORIZONTAL SHUTOFF SEALED THE SURFACE SHIPS CAN PUMP MUD OR CEMENT DOWN INTO THE ENTIRE WELL CASING IF NECESSARY. TO ACTIVATE THE CASING SIMPLY REMOVE THE SPECIAL FLANGE WITH SHUTOFF AND FLANGE WITH TWO SPECIAL SHUTOFFS WITH FLANGE ACCESS THEN ONCE UNCOVERED ONE CAN TAKE A DRILL AND PUNCH THE CEMENT IF THAT WAS USED TO STOP THE FLOW AND ONCE THAT IS PUNCHED AND FLOWING ONTO THE SEA BED, SIMPLY CLOSE THE CASING SHUTOFF, CLOSE THE FLOW THRU SHUTOFF AND PUT BACK THE PLATE WITH TWO SHUTOFFS AND FLANGES BACK AND OPEN UP THE BOP FLANGE ON THE HORIZONTAL SECTION TO THE ONE ON TOP OF THE BOP THEN OPEN ACCESS TO THE SURFACE SHIP AND YOUR NEW BOP IS THERE READY TO WORK !

ON THE HORIZONTAL FLANGE TO THE TEE WOULD BE A SHUTOFF PLUS ATTACHED TO THE SHUTOFF FLANGE WOULD BE THE 36 INCH BOTTOM FLANGE OF THE BOP WHICH WOULD BE LYING ON THE SEA BED, PERHAPS IN A STEEL SUPPORTED GROUP OF SPECIAL WELDED CHANNEL LIKE YOU USE  “I” BEAMS LYING ON THE OCEAN BED TO SUPPORT THAT 8 STORY TOY BOP AND THE TOP OF THE BOP OR OUTLET WOULD HAVE A FLANGED 90 DEGREE ELL WITH PAINTING TO REDUCE CORROSION THEN ANOTHER FLANGED SHUTOFF WITH WHEEL SHUTOFF THEN A FLANGE ATTACHED TO THE SHIP ABOVE WITH A SHUTOFF PROTECTED AS BEFORE AND ONE SHUTOFF UP USING SUPER FLOTATION RISER PIPE.

Now what could happen in the future is if the BOP went out, you shut down the casing flow with the horizontal shutoff, use the thru flow of the tee with shutoff to force mud and even if needed under pressure to push back the oil and gas.  Then you could change the BOP and re-install all items as before.  NEVER RELEASING MORE THAN A FEW GALLONS INSIDE THE BOP when unhooking both sections as you can also add a SHUTOFF on the BOP connection flange and on the outlet of the BOP and then check everything once brought to the surface and given back to the manufacturer.

I find it entirely possible that the U.S. MMS or OIL INDUSTRY PEOPLE knew or know that some if not all of the 200 or more RIGS with BOP’s have a potential INTERNATIONAL DISASTER OF UNBELIEVABLE PROPORTIONS WHICH CANNOT AND MUST NOT BE IGNORED.   ROV ships must go out and inspect each RIG and BOP section plus NEW LAWS MUST INCLUDE THE NEW PROTECTIVE USE OF A BOP ON THE SEA BED RATHER THAN STANDING UP TO FALL OVER IN ANY EARTHQUAKE OR TSUNAMI. Those CUTE pictures of RISER PIPE with FLOTATION COLLARS AND MULTIPLE LINES FOR MUD, HYDRAULIC AND FLOW WITH OIL AND GAS are not what Deepwater Horizon was using for reasons unknown.  Also those units are UPRIGHT when none should be anywhere except on their back on I BEAMS OF SOLID STEEL SUPPORTING THEM.

REALLY SCARY are the hydraulic lines are not with special CHECK VALVES keeping the rigs with hydraulic fluid or OPTIONAL CONNECTION POINTS IN ANY EMERGENCY plus where is the BOP MANUAL with those 5 ways to shut the BOP DOWN in an emergency.   Which way does the ROV turn the steel item to make it shut down……right or left ?  I saw them turn LEFTY LOOSEY and nearly panicked as the front panel seemed to show RIGHTY TIGHTY TO SECURE OR CLOSE.   That scared me PLUS all of those critical lines should be outside the main flange initially so that you are sure hydraulic oil will be inside the BOP at all times.    I am also scared a SWORDFISH could create problems punching holes in anything…….PLUS one item really needs review immediately…   ALL BATTERIES AND SYSTEMS SHOULD BE UP ON THE RIG….using Solar Battery Chargers and having perhaps several REPLACEMENT BATTERIES like my favorite CATERPILLAR BATTERY that can be switched at least annually while required to shut anything on the  down in an emergency.    ACOUSTIC SYSTEM CONTROLLED BY ROV MOTHER VESSEL SHOULD BE ABLE TO SHUT DOWN THE  BOP IN AN EMERGENCY.  When I heard that one of two modules had failed down below on the BOP I could not believe anything that important was not controlled by the surface RIG or support vessel with ROV.  

WHERE WERE THE ROV INSTRUCTIONS TO TURN RIGHT OR LEFT ON THIS LEVER TO SHUT OFF THE BOP……AS OF ANYONE THE ROV OPERATOR SHOULD BE THE ONE DOING IT IN AN EMERGENCY !

Watching the EXPLOSION plus results my attention and professional supervisory experience kicked in and questions remained as to WHERE IS THE FULL REFLECTIVE PATCHES ON THE CLOTHING ?

WHERE ARE THE INFLATABLE LIFE RAFTS IN FANNY PACKS AND THE S.P.O.T. SAT EMERGENCY NOTIFIERS FOR EACH CREW MEMBER ON THE WORK AREA, HANDED OFF TO THE NEXT REPLACEMENT OVER AND OVER PLUS CHECKED OR TESTED AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH WITH BATTERY REPLACEMENT SO MANY MONTHS VERIFIED AND CHECKED THEN DOUBLE CHECKED? 

FINALLY……I watched in horror as the fire engulfed the vessel which was on station with DP Mode drifting no doubt with the engines destroyed as Air Brought In Gas and engines ran away and seized up. To think a 5,000 foot pipe without FLOTATION  pulling or tugging on the rig when people were leaving compartments open abandoning the rig to lifeboats or jumping into the water without much protection or ability to dive and move away with goggles or diving masks……even one woman jumped…. NO SEA WATER CIRCULAR OR FAN SPRINKLERS WERE ACTIVATED AT ANY TIME….NOT EVEN ON THE HELICOPTER DECK WHICH HAD SPECIAL SPRINKLERS AND POSSIBLY EVEN FOAM TO FIGHT A FIRE ON THAT PAD WITH GAS AND OIL.    NAVY SHIPS HAVE A WATER WASHDOWN SYSTEM USING SPECIAL FIRE PUMPS……I mentioned using 1,000 feet piping with underwater filtered sea water or irrigation water pumped to the surface and stored in pressurized tanks……all geared to stop this destruction by fire.

Major problem was the runaway RIG without DP Mode corrective Thrusters moving at wave speed pulling taught on the RISER then suddenly it broached on it’s side with compartments filling up with sea water due to open hatches and then the SPINNING started breaking away the riser and down went the riser shattering in several areas and really bending the BOP top section which saved a major disaster stopping perhaps 80 percent of the escaping oil and gas on the 20 TH day of April, 2010 until the BP and ROV crews started cutting away the pipe which was recommended just after contact with them on the 26 th day of April, 2010 and further when contacting Branko R. Babic who could have stopped the flow in two known points when we recommended OCEANEERING CHOP SAW go into the area able to cut 26 inch steel pipe in minutes.   BP never responded and someone at Horizon or LABEOC had cute responding messages indicating THEIR EXPERTS HAD REVIEWED ALL SUGGESTIONS AND DUE TO THE DEPTH AND OTHER ITEMS IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONSIDER……they put a straw 6 inch inside one leak with little rubber sections NOT SEALING ALL OF THE INTERIOR OF THE PIPE and drew off a little gas and oil while everything went crazy at two other points.

Next OBJECTION ACT was BP never properly indicated they were not using FLOTATION GE RISER pipe and that the pipe used was 21 inch center with 4 or 5 side lines tied to same but none had check valves or shutoffs from top of BOP to ship.  Glad the City or County MANDATES shutoffs so many feet in streets or you would never be able to shut down anything sewer, water or especially forced mains let alone air flows.      Once we were finally seeing the RISER pipe we started asking for a ROV or more ROV’s TO LOOK FOR THE BODIES OF THE DEAD quickly knowing they could be under the Gulf near the RIG and pipe for perhaps 8 weeks or more.  NO RESPONSE.

We recommended cutting the pipes and watched in HORROR as a special Hydraulic  BLADE was placed UNDER THE STRESSED PIPES and someone should have told them that the pipe would BIND UP THE CUT AND PREVENT ANYONE FROM CUTTING THE PIPE UNLESS THEY PUT THE BLADE ON THE TOP.   The next clues provided to the USCG, BP AND HORIZON was the undeniable fact that ROTARY TOOTHED BLADES should  N E V E R     N E V E R  attempt to cut stressed pipe underneath either let alone on the sides when Oceaneering has CHOP SAWS and ROTARY DIAMOND CUTTERS which would cut through that pipe in minutes rather than several hours with the TOOTH models.   Again we watched IN HORRROR when a diamond rotary saw went down to the FLANGE and started cutting on the right and toward BACK of the stressed riser on to of the FLANGE cutting a horizontal cut which really started pushing OIL, GAS AND WATER out intol the Gulf unchecked as the HYDRAULIC SHEAR made an uneven cut on the Riser near the bend which really opened up 100 percent flow plus that on the riser down near the flange which really made a mess.   I even advised BP and USCG to use pressure water hoses to keep the work area visible as the OIL would not allow viewing of the work area.

NOW COMES THE CUTE # 4 TOP HAT.    How stupid trying to capture the RISER opening and leaving THREE QUARTERS OF THE RISER BILLOWING OUT INTO THE GULF FROM UNDER THE HOOD ADDED TO THE RISER HORIZONTAL CUT WHICH WAS REALLY A DISASTER.    WHY NOT SIMPLY CHANGE THE FLANGE FOLKS OR USE THE BRANKO R. BABIC MACHINED SLEEVE WITH FLOW THRU PIPE, WEIGHTS AND SHUTOFF TO FLANGE THEN SEAL ON THE FLANGE WITH THAT 2-3 INCH MACHINED SURFACE EASILY CUT INTO SUPER THICK MACHINED SLEEVE PLUS FIRST FLANGE WOULD BE A TIGHT SEAL AND WEIGHT FORCED DOWN ON FLANGE SEAL WITH A SPECIAL FIBER SEAL BETWEEN THE SLEEVE AND FLANGE MAKING A SUPER TIGHT SEAL.   DOWN TOWARD THE BOP WOULD BE ANOTHER LOOSE MACHINED SURFACE OVER THE SECOND FLANGE WHERE SPECIAL THICK MATERIAL PERHAPS 6 INCHES THICK WITH HOLES TAPPED FOR SUPER BOLTS 12 INCHES LONG AND 2 INCHES THICK WOULD BE TURNED RIGHTY TIGHTY PRESSING AGAINST THE SECOND FLANGE SEALING SAME AND NOT ALLOWING ANYTHING TO MOVE.

ALL OF THIS GARBAGE DID NOTHING TO REALLY STEM THE FLOW OR CAPTURE THE OIL AND GAS.

WHY IN GOD’S NAME WOULD ANYONE WANT TO DO THESE THINGS WHEN ALL THEY NEEDED TO DO IS GET THE EXACT SPECIFICATIONS ON THE BOP FLANGE TWO THEN REPLACE SAME WITH NEW RISER AND SHUTOFF THEN FLANGE TO CONNECT TO THE SURFACE SHIP……CUTTING OFF THE FLOW AND SEALING THE BOP AT WILL. 

NOTICE;  IT IS EXTREMELY HARD TO PUSH MUD AND CEMENT DOWN A FLOWING WELL WHEN IF YOU STOP THE FLOW ONE CAN SIMPLY PUSH THE MUD AND CEMENT DOWN THE KILL AREAS PUSHING BACK THE OIL AND GAS PLUS WATER THEN ONCE CEMENTED AND IT IS TESTED WITH THE TOP SHUTOFF ON THE BOP FLANGE THEN ONE CAN REMOVE THE BOP QUICKLY WITH THE FLANGED TEE WITH SHUTOFFS ON EACH SECTION PLACING IT ON THE CASING AND REMOVE THE BOP TO THE TOP THEN BRING A BOP WITH “I” BEAMS ACROSS THE BODY FOR 8 STORIES TO SUPPORT ALL OF THE BOP THEN YOU CONNECT THE BOP FLANGE TO THE TOP 90 DEGREE ELL AND SHUTOFF THEN FLANGE TO THE SURFACE FLOTATION RISERS !

Perhaps Brad can help by drawing the Tee with three shutoffs on the 36 inch casing to the special tee then tee horizontal with shutoff to the bop flange then lying down these BOP’s to the sea bed with a 90 degree ell and shutoff to the riser flotation flange…..that should make it easy to see for starters.   Do not forget the top flow from casing toward surface must have a special plate allowing flange to flange connection after the shutoff and side shutoffs with perhaps 12 inch short risers with shutoffs allowing insertion of water, mud, cement and when it sets up sealing the well closing off the shutoffs or anything needed.   SAFETY means the BOP must lie on the sea bottom supported by steel “I” beams specially dipped or painted to keep them from rusting for how many years ???? 50 ??? 100 ???

Subject: Are we UNDER A TERRORIST ATTACK???

 

ATTENTION, We are under attack.

 

This is just part of the story.

 

I open this letter and ask that you read this with an open mind to understand. We are under A TERRORIST ATTACK do not take this lightly.

I am a very intelligent person who does not think of conspiracy theories but this is the only logical explanation.

Think about this and the pieces fit together.

Just from starting with the Obvious. BP Does not want to close this well.

There is a lot of proof to confirm this. The solutions to close this well safely are simple and I will post them below in an outline.

 

BP has stated that  "BP has the best engineers, scientists, minds and professionals in the business" If this were true they would come up with something other than what they have done so far.

The ridiculous failures are evident. These feeble attempts that they have made are childish at best. I don’t think that anyone can disagree. If they did have the best and applied this brain power then the results would have been different. I ask myself WHY if they are so smart did they do something so dumb? There is only one reason, they did not want to.

Dome(FAILED) this could have worked to a degree by eliminating the water inside the dome that cause the hydrate problem in the first place. a few different ways to do that. They just gave up on that one. They should have known this problem before they even attempted this IF they had the best minds on this.

Top Kill (FAILED) How can you over come the flow of 600gpm with the set up that they had. Impossible and again the best minds should know this.

Junk shot (FAILED) Physics would answer this question about the size and weight direction and velocity of the objects vs the flow rate, viscosity and the size of the aperture that it is to plug up. The best minds should know this.

This latest attempt the Top hat. How can a pipe of 21 inches with 7000 psi be delivered into a reduction of 75% into a 6 inch pipe without a means of mechanical attachment and seal work. It can't. Again the best minds should have know this. It is not going to work. How can the best minds not know this?

If they looked at the pressure at the bottom of the BOP and know the flow rate out the end of the riser before they cut the riser then they would have known the flow rate after they cut the pipe. I guarantee it would have been more than the 20% that they are sticking to. It is much more than 20% more like 200%+ The best minds would know that. The average person can look at the kink in the pipe and determine this by just observation and reasoning.

 

From watching just the solutions that they have come up with and the results from the “Best minds” out there tells me this Monkey has a tail. This is just the tip of the iceberg. I can go on in more detail with these failures if need be but you should get the gist here.

 

All the cleanup efforts. Honestly I have not focused so much on this as most of my efforts has been on the solution to safely stop the destruction of the Gulf of Mexico.

I will tell you what I have noticed with this.

 

All the efforts have been set up to fail. You also have seen these fail. BP has spent a lot of money (keep in mind $$ is relative, they make 93 million a day PROFIT) so far on the cleanup efforts.

Ground crews raking up tar balls where they can be seen by the major population. This gets press and people think they are on top of it. This is the perception is reality. BP wants you to believe this to buy time for more destruction to happen. Same holds true for their Kindergarten experiments to close this well, buying time for more destruction. Think about it.

They put booms out at the beginning (all over) most have been sitting in the same place now for weeks soaked in oil no longer doing their job, useless. The job that they did do was to create a perception that something was being done. Now they are just polluting.

I am sure you saw on TV a guy in a boat with rags wiping blades of grass in a marsh, are you serious??? Do I need to explain this one? Perception is reality, BP says they are doing everything possible??? Not really. I will tell you that the best minds have been working on what they want us to believe so the destruction can be maximized. Think about this some more.

Also as you know we have been lied to about the flow of oil from the well from day one. Why?? So we don’t panic and know the truth.

There was a lot of press about the device that Kevin Costner came down there with, where is that right now? My guess is sitting on a dock somewhere!

Where are the tankers?

Where are the skimmers, I see there are a lot of them sitting in ports tied up. Why is this??

What about the use of dispersants? Even though it is proven that the dispersants are proved toxic and EPA requested that they be stopped BP continues, Why? More destruction!!

There are so many people crying all throughout the coast for equipment, skimmers booms and get nothing from BP, they don’t even answer. Why??

This one defies logic to me. There are MASIVE plumes of oil beneath the surface of the waters that have been tracked. If this is the case it would seem to my logic to

Get in there with a tanker and pumps and suck them up as right now they are contained in basically one big glob. This should be done before any storms or hurricanes come in.

Again I ask why. If a company that makes 93 million dollars a day profit and has the best minds, engineers and scientist working on this cannot see this logic tells me one of two things.

They are not as smart as they claim or they don’t want to.

I ask WHY???

I don’t think they are or can be that stupid so that leads to only ONE thing.

They don’t want to.

I ask again WHY??

They have also managed to keep most Reporters from seeing what is really going on everywhere. They closed the airspace over the Gulf, they closed the waters, the beaches from reporters. This is not all because of safety issues. There are many way to deal with the safety issues but that is not even an option because they don’t have time. I call BS. Again I ask WHY??

Perception is reality and they want everyone including the US government to see and believe what they want them to. Think about this. And WHY?

More time for more destruction.

The most simple solution

The first is to unbolt the flange at the top of the LMRP where they made the cut on the riser.

Install a new flange with a valve and flange on the opposite end to attach the riser to the drill ship above.

The second solution left is a bit more entailed but same results.

BUY THAT. Install it right below the BOP. Drill into the side that already has the BLOWOUT caused by the FAILED top kill (we know it is there even though BP has not told us)

attach this so you can plug up the BOP with material that will plug the bop like wadded up Kevlar fabric for an idea.

On the straight end place a 90 degree elbow with a flange run that to your riser up to the drill ship.

on the y part this is where you are going to send in your plug for the BOP, Unless you have something FOR SURE this time BP that is better, use a bunch of wadded up Kevlar fabric.

WE REALLY DON'T HAVE ANY OTHER OPTIONS. anyone can check this out with an engineer and it is doable with existing products. 100% seal, diverts flow to the drill ship so it does not cause undue stress to the well casing that we have been to by BP to have been compromised.

What you observed earlier last week was the REPORTING TO THE FBI, DOJ, HCSO and Governors of a FELONY ACT. It is not quite too easy to be the only person asking for an immediate criminal investigation as well as having the USCG and U.S. Navy take over with Governors providing Special Contractors within the County, State or Municipal Government fully capable of replacing the FLANGE, MAKING A SHUTOFF THEN ON THE OUTGOING SIDE MAKING UP THE FLANGE TO TAKE A NEW 21 INCH RISER TO THE SURFACE.

Keep in mind the entire problem is ALL BOP’S IN THE GULF are standing up when they should be installed lying down but first the CASING attached to a SHUTOFF then TEE FULL FLOW UP and 90 DEGREE ELL WITH SHUTOFFS ON ALL SECTIONS OF TEE.  BOP COULD THEN BE MATCHED UP WITH THE HORIZONTAL TEE SHUTOFF THEN BOP LAID DOWN ON THE SEA BED AND BOP AT THE TOP HAS A FLANGE ATTACHED TO 90 DEGREE ELL WITH FLANGES THEN SHUTOFF GOING TOWARD FLOTATION RISER THEN FLANGE TOWARD RISER IS ATTACHED AND YOU ARE READY TO WORK.  

In case of emergency or total failure you only shut off two shutoffs, unhook the entire BOP, remove BOP and set down new one then open the inlet shutoff powering BOP and open the 90 degree ell shutoff sending all material to the SURFACE in that FLOTATION RISER.

Right this very minute, with a gash horizontal right side in the riser damaged will not let any of the TOP HAT contact same thus you have a tremendous amount of gas, oil and dreams spewing uncontrollably into the Gulf, Much worse than you had with the TOP HAT NOT THERE PERHAPS as trying to be CUTE the so called experts restricted the 21 inch flow down to perhaps 6 inches which is CRIMINAL as 18 inches are pushed back into the Gulf.  WHY IN HELL THEY DID NOT HAVE A 36 INCH RISER slipped down over the 34 or even 32 inch FLANGE surface is beyond me Professionally.  Such appears CRIMINAL !

The KEY now is more and more people calling on the President to STOP THIS LEAK BY ALLOWING TRUE PROFESSIONALS TO COME IN QUICKLY AND MANUFACTURERS OF BOP FLANGE TO GIVE THE GOVERNMENT ANOTHER WITH BOLTS AND EXTERNAL CONNECTORS FOR MUD AND HYDRAULIC LINES WITH CHECK VALVES FOR HYDRAULIC LINES THEN ALL CAN BE STRAPPED TO THE 21 INCH FLOTATION RISER TO THE SURFACE.   BOLTS LOCKED DOWN ON THE SECOND FLANGE BY A MACHINED SURFACE TIGHT WITH THE FIRST FLANGE AND SEALING ON THE 2 OR 3 INCH MACHINED SURFACE IF THEY DO NOT WANT TO CHANGE THAT FLANGE…..THAT IS REALLY ODD !

ONCE THEY CHANGE THE FLANGE WITH NEW RISER THEY COULD HAVE ALL LINES IN FLOTATION RISER WITH NEW HYDRAULIC LINE WITH CHECK VALVE THEN ALL LEAKS WOULD BE INSTANTLY STOPPED.    BP DOES NOT WANT TO STOP THIS LEAK AS IT COULD HAVE BEEN STOPPED ON 042610  SO TO ME THEY ARE TERRORISTS CREATING A NATIONAL EMERGENCY WHICH MAY GO INTERNATIONAL ON THE GULF STREAMS TO OVERSEAS CURRENTS KILLING ALL SEA LIFE IN THE GULF, EAST COAST AND ISLANDS THEN REALLY DAMAGING THE PLANTS SUCH AS DESALINATION PLANT SOUTH ON 41 FROM TAMPA….THAT HAS TO SHUT DOWN PERIOD !   MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS LOST BUT MILLIONS PAID TO KIDS, ADULTS AND MILITARY TRYING TO PICK UP OIL AND BLOBS WHEN THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN NONE USING THE BRANKO RICHARD BABIC COUNTER PRESSURE PLUG OVER FLANGE OR BETTER YET THE STUPID RALPH CHARLES WHITLEY SR. IDEA TO REPLACE THE FLANGE ON TOP OF THE BOP.

REPLACE THE FLANGE ON TOP OF THE BOP COST WHAT MAXIMUM ?   $20,0000.00 AND THEY ARE SPENDING WELL OVER 350 MILLION PLUS.   PRESIDENT MAY SMILE AT ALL OF THOSE CITIZENS AND IMMIGRANTS WORKING ON THE SHIPS, BOATS, OIL CLEANUP AND BEACHES AS BEING NEW EMPLOYMENT……AT WHAT COST ……SO AMERICA CAN SEE THE SEA CREATURES AND CORAL REEFS DIE PLUS THOSE WORKING MAY DIE FROM EXPOSURE TO THE CONTAMINATED SOLVENTS SPRAYED AND IN THE WATER….OR THE OIL FUMES OR THE GAS FUMES…… GREAT WAY TO DESTROY AMERICA FOR THE NEXT TWENTY YEARS.

NOW WHAT IS REALLY SCARY IS THIS IS ONLY ONE PROBLEM……WHAT IF ANOTHER RIG STARTS LEAKING OR IF IT BLOWS WHEN THEY TRY TO DRILL INTO THE RISER.  INTERNATIONAL DISASTER UNRECOVERABLE !  

I TOLD A LADY TO DROP A STEEL UMBRELLA INTO THE CASING TO THE AREA WHERE THE OIL IS LOCATED ALLOW THE STEEL TO OPEN AND THEN PULL IT TIGHT AGAINST THE 7 INCHES IN THE OIL SEALING THE WELL PERMANENTLY.

I cannot print what she recommended I do with the umbrella to test it out !

PLEASE send the FBI and President Obama a signed e-mail requesting the immediate arrest of BP CEO Tony Hayward for this Attack against America and possible murder of 11 men on the Deepwater Horizon.   Petition also in the letter that the President step in immediately with full backing for NATIONAL DISASTER/EMERGENCY/SECURITY PURPOSES and take over FULLY this entire operation relieving even a RETIRED ADMIRAL THAD ALLEN who for reasons UNKNOWN daily wears a U.S. Coast Guard FOUR STAR ADMIRAL USCG UNIFORM AND FLIGHT SUIT when he is RETIRED.  At least General Honore understands HE WAS A GENERAL but retirement strips him of his right to wear the ACTIVE DUTY UNIFORM unless President Obama BRINGS HIM BACK ON ACTIVE DUTY.

BABIC INVENTION COUNTER PRESSURE PLUT.   I can still seal it totally TODAY IN 8 HOURS with access to a machine shop for perhaps six to 8 hours making up the SUPER THICK SLEEVE SEALING OVER BOTH FLANGES WITH PRIMARY SEAL 2-3 INCHES OVER TOP FLANGE SURFACE AND HAVING 21 INCH PIPE, WEIGHTS, SHUTOFF AND FLANGE TO CONNECT WITH SURFACE FLOTATION RISER PIPE.  NO LEAKS or we can replace the entire FLANGE with a NEW ONE then have those cute Mud and Hydraulic Lines EXTERNAL with shutoff valve to flanges and hydraulic routed EXTERNAL to surface tied off to FLOTATION RISER if necessary to see if the hydraulic pressurized unit would allow shutting off the BOP.

Remember…… ALL BOP UNITS, OF WHICH THERE ARE OVER 200 IN THE GULF ALONE should be laying down with shutoff on flange with tee on up side of shutoff and shutoff on each outlet with horizontal outlet attached to a BOP with BOP top flange attached to a 90 DEGREE ELL with shutoff to riser but that independent HYDRAULIC LINE must have check valves to keep hydraulic fluid inside the BOP and inside the riser hydraulic line or you go back to the same DANGEROUS condition observed right this minute.

AGAIN --- GIVE ME AND SOME EXPERT MACHINISTS A NEW FLANGE, 90 DEGREE ELL WITH SHUTOFF, RISER 21 INCHES AFTER ANOTHER 90 DEGREE ELL IS ATTACHED TO TAKE THIS RIGHT NOW TO THE SURFACE AND GUESS HOW MUCH OIL AND GAS WILL BE GOING INTO THE GULF AFTER INSTALLATION………. Z E R O   GALLONS !   Time  8 hours after it is made up and ready to install.  Those ROV units can unscrew the BOLTS EXACTLY AS SHOWN ON TAPES FROM TOP THEN FROM DOWN UNDER FOR AREAS THAT HAVE TO HAVE CLEARANCE.  ALL DONE UNDER PRESSURE WHICH WILL BE MINIMAL WITH OPEN AREAS AT LEAST THROUGH THE 90’S WITH SHUTOFF THEN TURN THE SHUTOFF BACK DOWN JUST A LITTLE AND JOIN THE RISER WITH A SHUTOFF ON SAME AND OPEN UP THE VALVES THEN SEE IT GO UP TO THE SURFACE.

REMEMBER ---- RISER MUST HAVE WATERPROOF COVER ON THE WAY DOWN AND SEALED OFF FROM SURFACE TO BOTTOM UNTIL READY TO ATTACH THEN YOU ATTACH THE RISER, OPEN UP THE MAIN SHUTOFF AND OPEN UP THE RISER SHUTOFF THEN UP GOES THE OIL, GAS AND WATER INSIDE THAT SMALL SPACE BETWEEN FLANGE AND SHUTOFF….NO ICE….NO PROBLEM.   CHECK WITH THE EXPERTS….IT WILL AND CAN WORK IMMEDIATELY !

BALL IN YOUR COURT OVER THE NET MR. PRESIDENT !  LET THE FBI GET BP CEO TONY HAYWARD AND START THE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION BUT HAVE THE NAVY AND USCG TAKE OVER EVERYTHING GETTING THAT NEW FLANGE FOR TOP OF THE BOP AS THERE ARE MANY OUT THERE…..GET MY THOUGHTS TO THE MACHINE SHOP FOR SHUTOFF AND TWIN 90 DEGREE ELLS WITH SHUTOFFS AND FLOTATION RISER WITH SHUTOFFS TOP AND BOTTOM CONNECTION PLUS REMEMBER TO SEAL THE RISER PIPE UNTIL YOU TURN ON THE BOP SHUTOFF GETTING PRESSURE REDUCED THEN OPEN THE RISER SHUTOFF AND TOP SHUTOFF AT THE SAME TIME AND WATCH THE NEW STRAW PUSH EVERYTHING TO THE SURFACE WITH NO LEAKS…….. NO LEAKS !

When the President sees this simple method and does same with the Military plus Government Utility Foremen, then we can tell him and USCG Rear Admiral Landry how to suck up the blobs of oil down 1,000 feet and skim all shallows from LA to the keys as that is also known and works every time….ask ROTO ROOTER OWNERS. Those THOUSANDS of Americans who donated HAIR to be put into ladies hose like meat into a tube for sausage FORGET one can pull them up into rollers squeezing out the oil and return the item to the water over and over to get more oil until they brake…but then there are of course more sturdy material which will allow the same operation and pulling the unit into that dustpan then onto rollers folks.  OR DID YOU MISS THAT FLICK ALSO ?

The DISASTER IN THE GULF IS REAL.  Accordingly, I sure hope others scream at their Governor’s and Elected Officials all the way UP to the President before this gets to be an INTERNATIONAL DISASTER.  Sadly I am only one person and more understand this is a possible FELONY ACT involving delay of sealing the leak.  Looking over my films I have the ORIGINAL shots of the cut made to the right side of the damaged riser just above the nuts and bolts which is unchecked because the TOP HAT was not properly designed.

The ISSUE now is protect ALL GULF STATES, THE ISLANDS NEAR FLORIDA AND ALL EAST COAST as the failure of my President, USCG, USN and any Elected Officials from any location to actually SEE THE DAMAGE AND DANGER is beyond ONE MAN CALLING FOR ACTION OR INVESTIGATION.  These people are LUCKY I am no longer involved in any Law Enforcement Capacity especially FEDERAL because those people would have been in CUFFS stashed in a Military Base then once the leak was contained and those ideas used to pull up the deep blobs and shallow blobs plus skim the oil right after 042610 I would anticipate a full TRIAL and PUNITIVE DAMAGE AWARD IN COURT amounting to BILLIONS OF DOLLARS as this now will kill all reefs, sea creatures including fish plus oysters and quite frankly this BP CEO will never understand how he has crippled the States on the Gulf.

President Obama oddly is getting some YES MEN AND YES WOMEN in his group as advisers who simply do not understand how quickly this LEAK would have been contained totally.  No one appears willing to tell the President, let alone his advisor or USCG people that the only item needed was a FLANGE with shutoff and pipe attached to a flotation riser then ALL would have been without ONE DROP OF OIL LEAKING INTO THE GULF AT ALL !    Stupid mistakes are NOT MISTAKES but planned when the Contractors and Experts who do this for a living could tell everyone how simple it is to change the darned BOP flange, possibly made in CHINA or any machine shop in AMERICA can make one in hours, add the riser 21 inch with shutoff and flange for attaching to the RISER……ALL MADE IN HOURS IN ANY MACHINE SHOP.

The END OF THE LEAK IS REPORTED MONTHS AWAY WHEN WE HAVE PROVEN TO THE PLANET BUT NOT THE PRESIDENT AND REAR ADMIRAL LANDRY THAT THE FLANGE CAN STOP EVERY DROP IN HOURS!

IF THE LADY REAR ADMIRAL STATED HER VEHICLE HAD A FLAT TONY HAWYARD MAY WANT A NEW WHEEEL MADE IN AUSTRIA SHIPPED BY CANOE FROM ENGLAND WHICH WOULD TAKE MONTHS.

ACTUALLY I WOULD SUGGEST REAR ADMIRAL LANDRY VISIT THE LOCAL COUNTY OR MUNICIPAL WATER OR SEWER DEPARTMENTS AND SEE HOW FAST THEY CAN CHANGE A FLANGE AND HOW FAST THEY CAN MAKE ANYTHING NEEDED WITH OR WITHOUT 90 DEGREE ELLS.
