BABIC COUNTER PRESSURE PLUG SLEEVE OVER THE BOP FLANGE machined to seal on flange and collect ALL OIL AND GAS up a 21 inch full flow riser after SHUTOFF into a wye connection to take off oil through shutoff’s to flanges to TWO SHIPS splitting up the capture responsibilities but also making you use a 45 degree ell with shutoff flanged to surface which should have flotation riser pipe allowing ship to CUT LOOSE SHUTTING DOWN IN CASE OF HURRICANE allowing the pipe to just SIT below the surface SEALED at some 200 feet deep until brought up by crane later to hook up again after HURRICANE PASSES.

PEOPLE. Look at SKANDI pictures showing the CUT SIDE with the broken section cross in the center…remove it then FLUSH DOWN FROM SURFACE INTO THE SEA BED YOUR RISER IN TOP HAT 4 WHICH MAY BE JAMMED WITH SECTIONS OF STEEL ACROSS SAME.

You MUST remove by ROV GRABBING SAME the 23 inch wide and 24 inch tall section of .812 RISER pipe sitting SIDEWAYS after it shattered from the CUT UP TOWARD SURFACE. Remove it and the item you desire to set on top might work. PUSH DOWN OIL FROM SURFACE SHIP AND CLEAR THE RISER FROM TOP HAT 4 THEN PUT IT BACK ON TOP.

Odd color almost orange indicates that is NOT OIL perhaps but that is your problem. FIRST REMOVE THE STEEL SEEN QUICKLY ACROSS THE RISER OPENING AS THE PRESSURE IS NOT GREAT ENOUGH TO FORCE IT OUT BY ITSELF….THEN BLOW BACK OIL PRESSURIZED FROM SURFACE TO TOP HAT 4 THEN RE-APPLY OVER RISER AND TRY TO FIGURE OUT THE MEASUREMENTS FOR THAT SLEEVE NEEDED TO COVER THE BOP FLANGE.

I really believe the obstruction can and will be seen and it is METAL broken off from the BOP RISER PIPE just like the 24 X 24 section peeled up with pressure since you could not control same.

Remember the DIAMOND 50 INCH SAW SECTION WAS JAMMED….that gave way and split up then was seen inside the RISER center which must be pulled OFF. Let ROV 2 Enterprise REMOVE SAME !

Mothballed fleet, even the Oilers take weeks to get into commission when there are super tankers from all areas available as well as barges necessary which could hold vactor trucks, is no doubt something that a President without military service would not see BUT his advisers on all sides are fully aware of the potential for drawing off MOTHBALL FLEET SHIPS in a crisis. Watch out for Earthquakes FOLKS or Hurricanes which will require ships to leave their stations and hopefully ALL RISERS ARE FLOTATION ! Lightning RODS must go from ship to protection in the sea bed NEGATIVE AREAS or a fire will amaze everyone with explosions !

Remember the ability to suck up oil some 1,000 feet in globs has always been there for BP to use, especially globs nearer the surface which can be pulled up by SUMP PUMPS like you see in lift stations. I really stay amazed that the people in control will not bring forth AIRBOATS with modifications creating vactor truck type skimmer nozzles which are 12 inches deep and only as wide as the airboat but pulling a small barge to suck up oil. CB 40 Channel Radio with PA would allow teams of these shallow water boats to scoop up floating oil, pull it into a barge then once filling up, have another Airboat take over as they move down the beaches and marsh areas while they run super fast over to tank barges who would vactor the contents allowing the AIRBOAT to continue back to the skimming operation. I told them to modify EPA or Federal Guidelines for skimmers using dustpan designs where the flow forward would force the water and oil into the dustpan then transfer it into the back barge shallow water style…. NO ONE THOUGHT THAT WAS A GOOD IDEA.

My efforts Chief were to get the people to see the forest for the trees as the WELL LEAK could still be stopped in 8 hours flat using several techniques including removing the existing BOP, insertion of a proven Branko R. Babic Friction Plug deep in the casing then removing cables and using cement to seal plus once cement reaches the top of the casing a Branko R. Babic Counter Pressure Plug would seal the top and in addition a 10 foot round steel section would be placed over the CPP then area poured with concrete. END OF LEAK ! Such was available since 042310 but has not been used. Now the same people involved with the “EL SOMBRERO FAILURES” of Ixtoc 1 back in 1979 are locked into drilling two, not one but two, RELIEF WELLS which will not be finished until October perhaps toward the 17 inch casing and penetrating same RISKING TOTAL DESTRUCTION in the GULF and uncontrollable damage leaks rather than use the $20,000.00 (TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLAR) cost method of using a Counter Pressure Plug.

What is REALLY STUPID is the Oil is Radioactive Chief. No one can work on any BEACH at night because it might stop TURTLES FROM FINDING THEIR FAVORITE NESTING SITES…..That is really STUPID allowing BP and others to work with Radioactive Oil from that GULF MOTHER LOAD and not tell anyone those tar balls or sheen is RADIOACTIVE with Gamma Radiation. Let Jimmy and Mary PLAY ON THE SAND WITH THE CUTE TAR BALLS because it is harmless and they need to get sunscreen on their body so why not save money and use BP OIL which is reportedly SPF 15,000 but it kills perhaps due to the radiation level so wash it off quickly at home and let it get into the sewer system, wash it off the boat into the storm water drains and let it contaminate the BAY or rivers for the City to SUCK UP and make drinking water or shut down the DESALINATION PLANTS on islands to the South.

2) Governor indicated through a member of his staff "We cannot disturb TURTLE NESTING AREAS OR BIRD SANCTUARY AREAS THUS NIGHT TIME WORK IS NOT ALLOWED AS IT WILL DISORIENT THE NESTING TURTLES SHORLTY !!!! Really...then let the turtles EAT THE DEAD ! Let us send all OIL SOAKED BIRDS to Tampa, clean them in our facilities, wash the RADIACTIVE OIL AND DAWN DETERGENT INTO OUR WATER THEN CONTAMINATE ALL WATER AROUND THE BAY KILLING HUMANS, PETS, BIRDS, FISH, SEA CREATURES, SCALLOPS, OYSTERS, REEFS..... Now that makes sense...do not disturb the turtle egg laying areas or bird sanctuaries.....Why move the manatee....let them die then they will feed the shark who will die !

3) Sealing the runaway well removing the BOP, inserting Branko R. Babic Friction Plug down some 13,375 feet into the casing where it is 200 feet long and machined round nose to not catch on casing areas until sealed plus cables can be unhooked by special fitting and pulled out of casing then pour of fresh water mixed hydraulic cement with standbye fresh water and cement barge for top seal as Seal male Gulf bottom riser with Branko R. Babic Counter Pressure Plug after Cement Pour then pouring 10 foot diameter 10 foot tall cement over CPP to add seal to casing top ? Cost perhaps $50,000.00 TOPS. Drilling two relief wells Cost perhaps $100,000,000.00 ONE HUNDRED MILLION EACH ? Savings PRICELESS AND LEAK STOPPED !

PRICELESS TO STOP FLOW SADLY COULD HAVE BEEN DONE SINCE 042310 IN 8 HOURS !

4) Checking ALL rigs OIL for radioactivity then advising the entire Work Force, Volunteers, MILITARY and CIVILIAN forces to stay away unless following RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL recovery and decontamination procedures taking all sand, dirt and oil plus contaminated clothing in super marked barrels for special RADIOACTIVE STORAGE rather than simply washing off vehicles, humans, birds, wildlife with water and soap contaminating the water, air, ground forever. AS A FORMER CREWMEMBER AND PLANK OWNERE FOR THE U.S.S. Capability to call in HELO EVAC unit or rescue unit in case of emergency PLUS all vehicles and ships or boats should also have DOT SILVER TAPE MARKING NUMBERS ON ALL TOP SURFACES to allow Helicopter to see units plus DOT RED AND SILVER TAPE around BOAT ABOVE WATERLINE WOULD ALLOW PEOPLE SEEING THE BOAT AT NIGHT TIME OR FINDING BOAT INSTANTLY IN EMERGENCY daytime with hurricane or rough seas. How many miles of beach can 10 units clean in one 12 hour period including porta pottie and food breaks with all the Dr. Pepper money can buy and keep cold ? 3 miles per night ? 5 miles per night ?

6) Turn the BOAT over in rough seas and without DOT TAPE SILVER AND RED THEN THE HELICOPTER OR SHIP LIGHTS CANNOT SEE ANYTHING EXCEPT VIOLENT WAVE ACTION WITH WHITE BOTTOMS nor can they find the crew without DOT TAPE ON LIFE VESTS...RIG PERSONNEL SHOULD HAVE INFLATABLE LIFE VESTS WITH LIGHTS AND S.P.O.T. PLUS LED FLASHLIGHT IN ZIP LOCK WATERPROOF BAG. You cannot find overturned vessel without DOT TAPE as it looks just like WAVES.

7) Learn anything in those EXPERT SCHOOLS OR TRAINING SESSIONS FOR CLEANING UP OFFSHORE AND ONSHORE ? Check with USCG Admiral Thad Allen and go out there to see which of the 1000 boats is the one with a particular person onboard as they do not have Contractor Lights 250 watt to shine up into the night sky nor flash at helicopters.....Oh Gee....I forgot they also do not have CB RADIO'S WITH SPEAKERS TO COMMUNICATE ! Sorry.... But that was recommended by a Professional and Radio Amateur !

8) ALL vessels in communication 500 CB's, Magnetic Mount Antenna and Speakers Mastercard $50,000.00 TOPS TO UNCLE, All Vessels and Vehicles Marked with DOT TAPE Mastercard $30,000.00 All crews on beaches using ATV WITH CONTRACTOR LIGHTING $30,000.00,

9) Extra Porta Pottie and Trailers for each ATV carrying special NUCLEAR WASTE BARRELS $30,000.00, Emergency WASH DOWN OR DECONTAMINATION STATION PER BEACH CLEANUP FOR ALL NIGHT USE $10,000.00.

10) Daytime Security and Maintenance Crews to replenish all lost fuel, check lights, secure vehicles and equipment, remove all contaminated barrels, pull off contaminated wash down water for decontamination vehicle allowing new water then MOVE all units down the beach to set up a secure area for the NEXT NIGHTS WORK.

11) Busses to take workers from decontamination section to a MOTEL where adequate fresh clean rooms have been blocked up and down the Coast allowing use of Radio, TV, Restaurant, Washing Machines, Bathrooms and Showers plus SODA MACHINES and never ending frozen water bottles at work or in the REST AREAS FOR CREWS. Remember the NIGHT CREW can sleep day and the DAY CREW can sleep NIGHTS with Security port and starboard !

12) ATM DEBIT CARD DEPOSITS OF ALL SALARY MONEY DAILY TO ALLOW CREWS TO HAVE DEBIT CARDS TO USE FOR ANY REASON OR EVEN PAY BILLS VIA TELEPHONE IF NECESSARY !

13) ONE WI-FI LAPTOP COMPUTER PER SUPERVISOR SO THE CREWS CAN USE SAME SENDING MESSAGES TO FAMILY MEMBERS AND MAKING DEPOSITS OF DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS WHEN NECESSARY WHILE WORKING. SCHEDULE OF ONE WEEK LENGTH WILL ALLOW FAMILY MEMBERS TO KNOW WHERE THEIR LOVED ONE WILL BE WORKING IN WHAT CITY OR BEACH NEXT IN CASE OF EMERGENCY OFF SHORE WITH EXPLOSION OR RUPTURE CAUSING UNLIMITED OIL AND GAS TO ENDANGER THE PLANET !

16) What are you missing for BEACH PROTECTION when a boom is cute but without a bottom perhaps 10 feet deep how do you expect to keep those oil areas OFF the beaches as waves will push oil and water underneath the booms in a New York Minute. Make the boom with a solid 10 foot deep section of 6 MIL THICK BLACK PLASTIC to a weighted section made up on shore like a giant baseball bat then turned over while it is being fed off a barge into 10 feet of water up and down a beach .. BE SURE WE UNDERSTAND...Florida has HOW MANY FEET OF BEACH VISIBLE FROM Pensacola to Jacksonville ? Shut the well down then move the booms or keep the well flowing and MOVE TO OREGON !

Our technical team has identified over 250 valid suggestions for further consideration and field testing from the over 100,000 suggestions we received. However, the majority of submissions have been found to be Already Considered/Planned, Not Feasible, or Not Possible after passing through the process outlined below. Your idea falls into one or more of these categories and will therefore not be advanced for further evaluation. Mr. Gordhan Patel, the inventor of the RAD Sticker and RADTriage B plus new models stated just Sunday that the model HE MAKES cannot register LOW LEVELS OF RADIATION and only if the person was inside for weeks or months around a specific amount of RADIATION would his material be worthy of consideration. Dr. Patel’s inventions were for those military people and special ops people who would go into a specific area, have something explode with Nuclear Radiation and the people could determine the number of RADS by looking at the dosimeter.

Until otherwise directed…the standard RADIAC MONITOR known as GEIGER COUNTER would have to be used IMMEDIATELY on all Gulf Oil Rigs to determine if ALL OF THE OIL IS RADIOACTIVE AND AT WHAT LEVEL. Rigs holding oil for years would no doubt be able to place a RAD STICKER on the wall inside a special handling compartment with LITTLE HEAT disturbance or INSIDE WORK AREAS ON RIGS where they have outside cooled air or fresh air and no sunlight disturbing same. Believe the $2.00 USD or so is worth the sticker PLUS the rig workers should have some knowledge of RADIATION LEVEL OF THE OIL so they do not swim in same thinking there are healing benefits PLUS they would wash off OIL from body contact not knowing they would be putting radioactive material into the water.

I still LOVE the oil, gas, water separators used by Gas Stations that actually WORK effectively and cringe at the thought of thousands of good will people washing contaminated BIRDS with radioactive oil and the water going into the bay, sewer treatment plants or even lakes, rivers or streams let along GULF to be taken in by those WATER DEPARTMENTS or even DESAL PLANTS jamming their operation and costing BILLIONS to give each man and woman bottled water since all other water is contaminated.

ALL BECAUSE NO ONE WANTS TO SEAL THE LEAKING WELL BY ACCEPTABLE AND PROVEN METHODS…INSTEAD THE GAMBLERS FROM FOREIGN COUNTRIES THINK THAT THE SOLUTION IS DRILLING TWO PARALLEL WELLS TO TAP INTO A DAMAGED CASING THEN THEY CAN PUMP PERHAPS HEAVY CONCRETE TO SEAL A WELL RUNNING WILD WITH HEAVY FLOW THROUGH A BOP WHICH SHOULD AND COULD BE PULLED OFF OF THE MALE ATTACHMENT ON THE BOTTOM, A SPECIAL BRANKO R.
