1) Why would anyone take steel piping and after drilling a hole in the Gulf or anywhere on land deep place that same steel piping down roughly TWO AND ONE HALF MILES into a known SALT WATER environment (13,293 feet) thinking the removal of gas and oil inside the thin wall pipe would not shatter nor rust blowing holes in any section of the piping when 'STAINLESS STEEL PIPE' does not rust but use of Stainless Pipe with other protections from failing casings let alone BOP failures from lack of hydraulic fluid in a shattered riser without check valves should have been mandatory?

2) Why would anyone NOT make it mandatory to have STAINLESS tees with STAINLESS shutoffs on the Casing, riser plus the 8 Story BOP lying down on supportive "I" BEAMS coated with specific material until the BOP could be pulled and special STAINLESS FLANGES ATTACHED WITH STAINLESS SHUTOFFS TO FLOTATION RISER PIPING ALSO OF STAINLESS TO THE SURFACE WITH SHUTOFFS TOWARD SURFACE ALLOWING DROPPING OF THE RISER LINE IN AN EMERGENCY AFTER SHUTTING OFF THE TOP STAINLESS SHUTOFF WHICH WOULD KEEP THE PIPING ONLY 200 FEET OR SO BELOW THE SURFACE FOR RETRIEVAL BY ROV CONNECTING FLANGE TO SURFACE SHIP AFTER EMERGENCY IS OVER. CAP IT AND SEAL IT THEN LEAVE TO BLOW IN OUR NATIONAL WATERS OF THE GULF OR ON OUR SOIL ?"

Sadly those elected or appointed EXPERTS AND OFFICIALS forget "GOD MADE SALT WATER" and any plumber knows RUST causes fractures and failures to not only steel pipe even zinc anode rods or sections of block zinc with copper-nickel alloy CuNi cannot protect casing pipes IMHO even though the plating and anode rods plus copper-nickel alloy CuNi might protect RIG steels properly painted at sea unless those inspections are never done for ships nor rigs.

Dissimilar metals plus electrolytic action cause blowouts in ALL STATES when galvanized pipe is connected to a dissimilar metal like Brass. All have no doubt seen the great home builders attaching a brass hose bib to galvanized nipples then several years may pass before the unit fractures at the threads [weakest point] then floods the home. Supposedly City, County, State and Federal Inspectors are supposed to prevent such blowouts by insuring dissimilar metals are not joined together on any job.

KEEP IN MIND THAT EVEN SOME PEOPLE USE A SLEEVE OVER STEEL AND SEAL ON MACHINED FLANGES BUT NO ONE REALLY WANTED TO STOP THE LEAK, ESPECIALLY AFTER BP OFFERED TO HIRE ANYONE IN THE GULF FOR THE ENTIRE SUMMER CLEANING UP AT $18.00 PER HOUR PLUS AGREED TO COMPENSATE ALL WHO LOST MONEY BECAUSE OF THE SPILL.

KEEP IN MIND THOSE MAKING THE DECISIONS DID NOT LIVE IN THE GULF AREA LET ALONE THE WATERFRONT PLUS THEY WERE NOT EVEN WILLING TO ASK THEIR LOCAL PLUMBING, WATER OR SEWER DEPARTMENTS HOW TO STOP THE LEAK OR SEAL THE CASING FOR 75 DAYS OR MORE !

READ ON AND POP THE CAP ON THE COLD DRINKS REMEMBERING YOU NORMALLY INSERT THAT INTO A SLEEVE WHICH WITH BRANKO R. BABIC COUNTER PRESSURE PLUG WITH FLOW THRU PIPE AND SHUTOFF WOULD STILL TODAY SEAL THE BOP FLANGE ALLOWING NO LEAK PLUS ALLOWING PULLING UP ALL OIL AND GAS.

1) All oil taken from super depths is believed RADIOACTIVE which, in American Waters should trigger special RADIAC MONITORS PLUS IMMEDIATE GEIGER-MULLER COUNTER REVIEW should confirm all Tar Balls, Gulf Oil Spill items as well as ALL RIGS DRAWING OIL IN THE GULF are dealing with Radioactive Oil. One gallon spill would destroy some 250,000 gallons of water anywhere.

2) Once radioactivity confirmed then all Employees working or visiting rigs must have radiac monitor badges issued like the RADTriage TIF model showing 0-1000 RADS and easily readable all year long then replaced with all personnel records showing a specific amount of exposure in days worked on rigs or at land based operations involving drawing or handling radioactive OIL. Deaths from radiation exposure take a number of years but without personnel record and medical checkup records for employees one will have a hard time getting medical help or families compensation for the loved one dying from radioactivity exposure during work on rigs or ashore anywhere on the planet.

3) Cleanup of beaches, birds, sea creatures, animals and humans will mean a lot of disposable clothing placed into plastic garbage bags with radioactive material inside. Cleaning of animals and birds will demand special rinsing with the water and oil contaminating beaches, sanitary sewer, reclaimed water facilities, water department sections plus endanger the bays, rivers, groundwater plus Ocean itself if not handled properly under FEDERAL GUIDELINES including sealing barrels with contaminated products such as clothing and having water wash down facilities or DECONTAMINATION TRAILERS for people to change clothing daily.

4) All work equipment and vehicles must have a means of being decontaminated, refueled, replenished with supplies and lights 250 watt contractor lights on same for night time work on beaches with two person crews plus one porta pottie must be pulled with ATV to be used during work and residue cleaned by day work crews preparing all for the next nights work. Crews must have busses taking them from sleeping areas to work stations and I do not mean FEMA TRAILERS which are super contaminated in water lines, mold, mildew, fungi and other problems hazardous....CHEAP MOTELS AND HOTELS would afford workers specific use of TV, Radio, Showers, Washing Machines, FRESH LINEN, CLEAN ROOMS, FOOD AREAS and allowing each worker to have a DEBIT CARD would allow them to have money in their account DAILY for needs while smoking on the job site should be forbidden lest they ingest oil products as they should have latex rubber gloves when driving the ATV or special covers but eating and drinking means more gloves per person per nights work to be placed in garbage bags sealed in 55 gallon drums and possibly incinerated along with sand, dirt and oil.

5) ALL WORK CREWS should have vehicles with DOT SILVER REFLECTIVE TAPE PASTED NUMBERS TO IDENTIFY UNITS FROM THE AIR IN ANY EMERGENCY PLUS THE SUPERVISOR/SENIOR WORKER MUST HAVE ONE S.P.O.T. DEVICE TO SIGNAL GPS FOR EMERGENCY HELICOPTER SHOULD ANYONE NEED MEDICAL CARE OR A PERSON HAVE A HEART ATTACK...SUCH RESPONSE WOULD SIGNAL GPS PEOPLE AND HELICOPTER PLUS EMERGENCY CREWS WOULD RESPOND TO A SPECIFIC GPS COORDINATE WITH THE ATV CREW INVOLVED SHINING THE 250 WATT LIGHT UP INTO THE SKY AT NIGHT ALLOWING IMMEDIATE IDENTIFICATION.

6) Initially we felt 10 crews of 2 person with ATV with trailers having inverter plus solar generator for lights plus 250 watt contractor lighting and trailer with barrels plus SPF 50 or SPF 100 umbrella covering both workers during daylight being over 12 foot wide attached to ATV would allow the workers to be away from sunlight or covered in slight rain protecting them and the lights plus generators. Day crews could replenish supplies, refuel and check everything. Supervisors would have one or two 250 watt lights or at least replacement bulbs like US contractors use.

7) Decontamination area must allow workers to retrieve their personal clothing after changing work clothing and placing same in special containers. Keep in mind the PORTA POTTIE AND DECONTAMINATION TRAILER OR TENT MUST ALLOW PRIVACY FOR MALES AND FEMALES PLUS WATER WASHDOWN OR BATHING TO USE SPECIFIC SOAP AND FRESH WATER TO KEEP THEIR BODIES CLEAN JUST LIKE FIRST RESPONDERS USE WITH WATER COLLECTED IN BLADDER UNITS FOR PROPER DISPOSAL AT AN INCINERATOR. RADIOACTIVE OIL WILL BE WASHED OFF JUST LIKE THE BIRDS AND TURTLES !

8) I noticed FLORIDA has a LAW which must be WAIVED IMMEDIATELY BY THE GOVERNOR stating no work crews may work on beaches at night as it might disturb the RETURNING TURTLE POPULATION who get confused by the lights at night or perhaps disturb the Migrating Birds nesting.... CRAP ! Lives are at stake Governor, INCLUDING YOUR CONSTITUENTS WHO MAY DIE !

9) Once the Radioactivity is confirmed in that OIL then ALL BEACHS MUST BE SECURED AND CLEANED, not only on the surface where the TAR BALLS are located along with some segments of blobs of oil but the ENTIRE BEACH LINE INSPECTED BY SHOVELS SOME 3 FEET DEEP GOVERNOR BECAUSE THE OIL IS SETTLED DOWN IN THE SAND AND SUPPORTED BY THE WATER DEPTH LEVELS.....measure the sea surface then DIG DOWN IN THE SAND and you will see the LINE IN THE SAND perhaps 3 feet deep and 1 inch or more which indicates the WATER LINE ! OIL FLOATS GOVERNOR BUT SINKS TO THE WATER TABLE OR SEA SURFACE LEVEL IN SAND ! Someone forgot to tell you Sir? I JUST DID !

10) Prisoners should be allowed to WORK details as TRUSTEES plus entitled to receive the $18.00 per hour payments provided they can be returned to facilities by BUS guards included for the evening work. Safety of the work areas, workers, vehicles and equipment is a MUST. CB Radio's 40 Channel with PA Speakers and magnetic mount antennae can run easily all night long PLUS supervisors/senior workers can radio to a Ship or command center the number of personnel who showed up, vehicles assigned and other information VIA LAPTOP COMPUTER provided for same direct to the Controlling Ship or Command Center from the vehicle driven by the Supervisor/Senior Worker. All information should be taken at the hotel/motel including Name, Address, Phone, Next of Kin or Emergency Contact, Blood Type, Medicines and Any Medical Information in case of emergency for each and every worker assigned to that supervisor/senior worker. Ryan had been swimming off the beach the day before, as she said, "to get in my last swim before the oil hit." The trouble is that not all of the oil coming ashore is visible. Dispersed oil - tiny bubbles of oil encased in chemical dispersants - are in the water column. On Thursday Ryan was treated at a local doctor's office for skin rash on her legs.

Three days later on Pensacola Beach, I watched BP's HazMat-trained workers shovel surface oiled sand and oily debris into bags early in the morning. The workers followed the waterline like shorebirds, scurrying up the beach in front of breaking waves and moving back down with receding waters.

The late morning sun retired the workers to the shade of their tents and the job of "observing," while it brought out throngs of beach-goers -- children, parents, grandparents -- who happily plunged into the "contaminated" ocean without a second thought.

I was astounded. Why did people think the ocean was safe for swimming?

There were five HazMat tents, four front-loaders, and at least two dozen HazMat workers on the beach. HazMat workers wore yellow over-boots duct-taped to their long pants' legs to minimize risk of contact with the water. The white surf popped with visible black tar balls as it rolled towards the beach. Waves left an oily signature of tar balls on the beach, melting in the sun. The treads of my Chacos weighed down with oily sand despite trying to avoid the mess. Most people were barefoot. Hotels set up oil cleaning stations on their premises - and signs saying the water advisory (put in place after Ryan's incident) had been lifted.

AP reporters released information on 070710 indicating that there are potentially 27,000 RIGS SEALED OFF which could explode as those casings are in SALT WATER and in that none are required to be placed into salt water with casings ONLY MADE OF STAINLESS STEEL thus someone missed the facts about rusting steel and those 27,000 rigs casings will rust and explode in the future. With a vapor density of 1.19, hydrogen sulfide is approximately 20 percent heavier than air, so this invisible gas will collect in depressions in the ground and in confined spaces. The use of direct reading gas detection instrumentation should be required before entering confined spaces such as manholes, tanks, pits, and reaction vessels that could contain an accumulation of H

2S gas.

Wherever possible, exposure should be minimised by employing adequate engineering controls and safe working practices. Such methods include ensuring good ventilation and changing work procedures and practices. Where engineering controls cannot adequately control levels of exposure, it may be necessary to supplement them with the use of suitable personal protective equipment (PPE) such as supplied-air respirators. A qualified industrial hygienist or safety professional should be consulted for guidance on the suitability and correct use of respirators.

2S gas, do not attempt a rescue until you are properly protected yourself. The rescuer can very easily get caught out by venturing into a confined space without adequate protection. Remember that at levels above 200 ppm, collapse, coma and death due to respiratory failure can occur within seconds after only a few inhalations so you can be overcome yourself very quickly. Such incidents are sadly all too common and only serve to make the rescue effort twice as difficult.

REMEMBER: Today on the 5th of July, 2010 all were aware that it only TAKES some 8 hours to lower a NEW BOP down to the Gulf Floor then another crane can pull off the old Deepwater Horizon BOP and insert the NEW ONE over the male connection from the sea bed into the female connector which seals in the bottom of the BOP. Anyone LISTENING OR READING THESE MESSAGES FOLKS ? The same option which was available on 042310 just three days after the initial collapse of the rig and pipe bending as it fell to the Gulf Bottom simply because it was not GE FLOTATION PIPE!

REPEAT....IT WAS NOT FLOTATION PIPE !! The RIG explosion and sinking was anticipated due to massive gas starting engines going craze plus loss of DP Mode thrusters while fires took over the rig. What CAUSED the RIG to go over was simple --- Waves pulled the rig faster and faster away from top positioning then when the same waves caused the RIG to pull against the Riser 5 or 6 pipes which were 5000 feet long the final pull caused the RIG to tip over and compartments left OPEN took on water.... REPEAT....RIG COMPARTMENTS TOOK ON WATER causing a ROLL until not only the risers snapped but the RIG itself went into the Gulf Water in a slow SPIN and when free of the RISER spun uncontrollably until hitting the GULF BOTTOM some 1500 feet or more from the BOP which was standing 8 stories tall and TILTED 11 DEGREES by the pulling and the five or six NON FLOTATION......REPEAT.....NON FLOTATION PIPING joined 11 crew members falling to the bottom of the GULF FLOOR.

Keep in mind, the RIG is Evidence, the BOP is Evidence and the 11 Bodies getting ready to surface on the bottom are EVIDENCE yet to be recovered no matter HOW MANY BILLIONS BP THROWS AT AMERICA....criminal charges of Criminal Negligence MAY FOLLOW with arrests possible. The IMPORTANT THING IS TO REALIZE NOW IT IS AMERICA'S FAULT THE BOP WAS NOT REMOVED AND A NEW ONE PLACED OVER THE CASING MALE ADAPTER OR A BRANKO R. BABIC FRICTION PLUG NOT APPLIED......OR.....A NEW FEMALE ADAPTER WITH STAINLESS SHUTOFF THEN TEE STAINLESS WITH SHUTOFFS AT EACH OUTLET PLACED OVER THE MALE ADAPTER CASING CONNECTOR. THAT PUTS THE FAULT OF THIS LEAK SQUARELY ON THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT AND ELECTED OFFICIALS NOT BRITISH PETROLEUM !

Sadly ALL forget or ignore that hydraulic shut down of a massive BOP could not work with no hydraulic fluid in any lines as the 5,000 feet of NON FLOTATION....REPEAT....NON FLOTATION piping had no CHECK VALVES to keep the BOP with hydraulic fluid ! The ONLY way to shut down the BOP was in a TOP KILL, JUNK SHOT with LEAD BALLS which was ignored but worked with Ixtoc 11 handled by PEMEX. Such could have worked with the riser BENT at the top of the BOP in hours since BP pumped thousands upon thousands of gallons of MUD into special lines. No one would entertain using those special MUD LINES IN REVERSE to pull OIL AND RELEASE PRESSURE FROM THE BOP main lines. BP OR HORIZON SUPPORT IGNORED THE SUGGESTIONS AS THERE IS NO Ph.D., P.E. Or any other designation behind MY name or firm.

Sadly BP has two wells drilling toward the casing of Deepwater Horizon and a miss or accident could spark an INTERNATIONAL DISASTER WHICH MIGHT INVOLVE ENGLAND GETTING OIL FROM THE GULF IN THEIR WATERS. Waiting WEEKS OR MONTHS with an uncontrollable spill and more damage to the RISER wall not collected by a sleeved Counter Pressure Plug given as a solution machined to the exact measurements of the BOP FLANGE MACHINED TOP SURFACES was IGNORED OR RULED OUT AS IMPOSSIBLE TO DO AT 5,000 FEET.

Those EXPERTS have not seen the FLICKS of the TOP HAT 4 bobbing up and down because no one attached 30,000 pounds to the sealing unit which leaves only 6 inches to pull up oil from a 21 inch RISER. Now that is slick....a 6 inch straw to pull up a 21 INCH pressurized flow allowed to jump up and down pushing back more oil than recovering.

Why not remove the BOP now, insert the 13 and 5/8 X 200 FEET round nose FRICTION PLUG, remove the crane wires and fill the casing areas with heavy hydraulic cement mixed ONLY with fresh water ....SALT WATER CANNOT BE USED TO MIX CONCRETE OR HAITI WOULD HAVE BEEN REBUILT ALREADY ! BP desires NOW to cement in the CASING and this would save 200 MILLION DOLLARS FOLKS AND PROTECT THIS NATION FROM A MASSIVE SPILL SHOULD THEY CAUSE UNDERGROUND CASING TO RUPTURE THEN HOW WILL YOU SOLVE IT MY ELECTED OFFICIALS.

Sorry for any delay. Lost a Laptop DELL Inspiron 1525 with most of my files onboard but CHKDSK might bring them back.

Can get it checked out shortly and perhaps get it back on line. ALL files were on another system for protection purposes.

Horizon, President Obama, USCG and others were clearly advised long ago your Friction Plug and CPP with and without flow thru pipe and shutoffs plus weights would work. What was amazing is the BOP FLANGE MACHINED COVERING SLEEVE with machined washer on the super thick wall 21 inch RISER would have fit inside the riser pipe anytime horizontal or vertical. I noticed the RISER now being used or viewed by ROV inspection has FLOTATION PIPE which should have been a no brainer from 2001. Sadly the BOP could have been pulled off the male connection at the GULF SEA BED and a NEW BOP attached in a few hours with little effort. Certainly not costing much.

Even Brad Wehde came up with a reamer Hydraulic then hydraulic machined seal for the top of the BOP until I noticed the 11 degree TILT of the entire BOP which might be straining the male adapter and asked for a Manual IN PDF or exact measurements from FLANGE measurements to replace or use a sleeve sealing over the machined round edges....NO ONE RESPONDED from Cameron OR BP. Then we watched in horror as the Oceaneering SAW was jammed trying to cut on the stressed riser instead of trying to cut on the back side...then even more horror at the TOP HAT 4 removal with obvious section of peeled up side really demanding attention but instead of sealing or removing they simply put the TOP HAT 4 back over the area with more OIL coming out than before !

Today we see two drilling rigs in hurricane season attempting to puncture a casing to pump cement into same....TWO RIGS. We also submitted that taking off the BOP, insertion of the Friction Plug some THIRTEEN AND FIVE EIGHTS INCHES 200 FEET LONG SPECIAL MACHINED PLUS NOSE ROUNDED TO PREVENT JAMMING ON WALLS OF PIPE would have stopped the flow plus allowed removal of Crane wiring with a simple connector which could be pulled opening clamp releasing ALL wires to surface. Then super heavy cement with fresh water could be forced down over the casing opening all the way down replacing ALL OIL, GAS AND ANYTHING ELSE IN THE CASING. Once overflowing into the GULF sea bed then a simple short BRANKO R. BABIC COUNTER PRESSURE PLUG COULD BE ATTACHED WITH WEIGHTS TO THE TOP CASING AREA THEN THE SPECIAL ROUND 10 FOOT ACROSS AND 10 FOOT TALL STEEL ENCLOSURE LOWERED AND MORE CEMENT POURED. Simple repair at an depth !

BP EXPERTS do not want to hear anything from other Experts so since 042310 NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Your sleeve over the BOP FLANGE was PERFECT AND GUARANTEED BUT WHO WOULD ALLOW IT SINCE THEY WERE THE SAME PEOPLE INVOLVED PERHAPS WITH IXTOC 1 IN MEXICO DURING 1979 FAILING WITH THE "EL SOMBRERO" OR AM I WRONG TRANS OCEAN OR BP ? YOU gave them the permission through me to the President and CEO TONY HAYWARD to use your inventions FREE....to protect the GULF and Florida....NO ONE WOULD CONSIDER USING YOUR IDEA NOR MINE !

Will be interesting to see what happens when they have spent over 2 Billion plus the earlier $750 Million rather than shut it down with your techniques. I watched many versions of those CLAIMING WINDOWS 7 WAS THEIR IDEA ! Cute. My suggestion as a professional was used with IXTOC 1 forcing lead into the casing to stop the super spill....we made a similar suggestion during the TOP KILL procedure to no avail as they used Flexible GOLF BALLS and Rubber which compresses instead. We also suggested using LEAD BALLS OR STEEL BALLS to shut off all flow in the riser bent....NO ONE WOULD DO IT OR TRY SAME ! NOW FOR A REAL SHOCKER. WE BELIEVE ALL OIL FROM THE GULF IS RADIOACTIVE ! Would only take a Radiac Monitor with collected specimens from EACH RIG then once confirmed see what UNCLE says about this spill and how cleanup procedures must follow SPECIAL EPA/NRC OR OTHER CONTAMINATION HANDLING PLUS COLLECTING IN SPECIAL BARRELS FOR BURNING ALL MATERIALS.

no- someone needs to run various samples through a laboratory scintillation counter - rad equipment to determine if the oil coming ashore- dispersed inb the gulf is radioactive and what isotopes if any and levels of alpha, beta, gamma, and / or xrays emissions are present.

We have lived too long understanding how mankind must work with all living creatures. Even the American Indian knew what he or she had when living in this Nation. Sadly the leak was started but it was doomed for failure from the start professionally. You knew as I knew that the entire leak areas, three in fact, could have been secured in hours. Once a recommendation was made to bring in Oceaneering for their Diamond Saw plus expertise cutting with hydraulic blade cutters of any size pipe I never expected nor anticipated cuts would be attempted by ROV operators from the stress sides but it was bound to happen. Then came the TOP HAT adventures which failed miserably for weeks on end�Finally the TOP HAT 4 really stupid idea reducing the Riser flow to 6 inches while some 21 inches unrestricted loss guaranteed FLOODING OF THE GULF WITH OIL AND GAS. Branko R. Babic Counter Pressure Plug with piping, shutoff and flange plus weights and SLEEVED PRECISELY TO MATCH THE BOP FLANGE would have stopped the leak in HOURS�.perhaps 8 for emergency manufacturing�.NO ONE CARED TO ACTUALLY LOOK AT IDEAS AND SOLUTIONS !

You ask if I am UPSET:

1) Upset at some IDIOT, holding himself or herself out as any type of expert allowing a cut horizontal over the BOP top flange bolts on stress side making sure the cut would leak thousands more barrels rather than cut all the way across and seal on the Flange ONLY itself, was a reality of being a professional knowing how the sleeve machined to exact and precise measurements would have sealed all leaks. Brad Wehde was kind enough to show how to use hydraulic reamer and seal but no one cared. UPSET---YOU BET !

2) Upset at the indicated fracture of some sections of main casing from the 11 degree tilt if not more now of the 8 story BOP, again as a professional, is indeed warranted because the professional thing would be to remove the BOP, bring it up to the surface while another crane lowered the Friction Plug down some 13,375 feet or so at thirteen and five eights perfectly round 200 feet tall section to have the rounded nose seal perfectly the casing, remove crane wiring with a simple pull third wire trick pulling a bolt Vertical to release the 13375 amount of cable lowering down the friction plug then once cable removed pumping super heavy concrete mixed only with fresh water letting all of the sections be sealed with hydraulic concrete from the 36 inch protruding casing male joining the BOP to the area just above the 7 inch or so entry into the oil. ALL LEAKS WOULD STOP AND NO EXPENSE OR DANGER DRILLING TWO SIDE HOLES WHICH COULD RELEASE HELL ON EARTH IF FRACTURED IN ANY WAY.

2A.) Never should any BOP be upright as all should be laying down North and South oriented with EAST AND WEST consisting of SUPER I BEAMS OF SOLID STEEL DIPPED IN SPECIAL RUST RESISTANT MATERIAL HOLDING UP THESE SUPER HEAVY OBJECTS ON THE SEA BED. Casing riser should be attached with flanges to shutoffs on three sided tee connectors with flow thru South connecting then North having shutoff with super heavy flange allowing for removal to force concrete down casing or mud if desired. Horizontal section of TEE would allow connection temporarily to a BOP and once no longer needed the BOP could be removed and another blank flange on horizontal outlet

3) Upset at the thousands of EXPERTS who gave freely, like you did, of your expertise or invention allowing America, had they stepped in and stopped the leak on day 2 or even day 1. YOU BET --- SOLUTION AND GIFT WAS PRICELESS !

4) Upset that BP bought off too many Government Officials, including our existing President, with contributions to their individual campaigns so that no one would hold the CASH COW�S FEET TO THE FIRE demanding action. IF BP didn�t know how to stop the leak then the U.S. Government PROFESSIONALS like USCG, U.S. Navy SeaBees, Contractors and Utility Company workers should have been joining forces to first make a flange with flow thru pipe, shutoff and more 21 inch thick wall pipe to a flange for drawing off oil and gas into a DOUBLE WYE area because apparently BP was unable to handle or contain full flow of OIL and GAS from 21 inch riser. Splitting pipe on a Double Wye would allow some 2000 feet spacing between Vessels handling the Oil and Gas but more importantly all of the riser pipe would be FLOTATION PIPE which could stand on it�s OWN, be removed from the BOP top and attached to a smaller BOP or to the CASING MALE ADAPTER all this time and over 62 days have allowed MILLIONS OF GALLONS of Radioactive Oil to create a National Disaster.

5) Upset that the use of deepwater submersible pumps inside special flotation piping has not been used to suck up globs of oil with assistance of ROV operators 1000 feet below the Gulf surface OR even 80 feet below Gulf Surface using SUMP PUMPS found in all LIFT STATIONS is a blunder which will cost this Nation and possibly those in the Islands LIVES let alone inability to make fresh water using DESALINATION PLANTS which cannot run with oil in water.

6) Upset that super tankers were not brought in by BP or even super barges to accept oil from the rig and take it from the rig site to processing plants in the Gulf or elsewhere�..YOU BET as I worked for Gulf Coast Transit taking Phosphate to Texas, riding empty to New Orleans picking up Coal and returning to Tampa onboard the TUG SARAH HAYES or HAYS back in the 70�s. I know those super barges pushed by Ocean Going Tugs can hold and process one heck of a lot of oil and water.

7) Upset by marshlands, wetlands, beaches and sand bars receiving super amounts of floating OIL plus oil just below the surface when airboats modified with skimmers some 20 foot wide reaching down into the water 12 inches or more could pull or use suction to pull oil and sea water up into a barge and with proper rollers, already designed and approved by UNCLE, the water would be recycled and OIL SQUEEZED INTO BARGES TO BE CHANGED AND CONTENTS SUCKED WITH VACTOR TRUCKS INTO DEEPER BARGES OFF SHORE THEN EMPTY SHALLOW BARGES BROUGHT BACK TO CONNECT WITH AIRBOATS TO THE ORIGINAL AIRBOAT OR ANOTHER AS NEEDED.

8) Upset that thousands of good men, women and children will shortly scurry along the beaches and waters edge looking for birds, sea creatures, fish and even other animals who are covered with RADIOACTIVE OIL, they may take them home, wash them with fresh water and dawn, let the OIL and water go into the sanitary sewers, storm drains if outside or contaminate even sand in the sandbox thinking that will separate the oil from water�..then all radioactive oil goes into the water system or goes into a river which the City or County draw water from for potable water causing HELL when it hits the filters�.into the Bay or Sea to kill more and more creatures, fish, birds, reefs and the cycle will continue because NO ONE WARNED THE PEOPLE THE OIL IS RADIACTIVE AND TO PUT THE BIRDS OR OTHER CREATURES INTO SPECIAL BARRELS MARKED WITH RADIAC SYMBOLS AND DO NOT TOUCH THE OIL OR ALLOW ANYONE TO TOUCH THE OIL. NO WARNINGS FROM THE PRESS ! One child dies from a bad batch of Peanut Butter and it makes INTERNATIONAL HEADLINES ! RADIOACTIVE OIL�. SHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Do not mention it as BP may get made ! UPSET�.. YOU BET !

9) Upset that 500 CB Radio�s with magnetic mount antennae, cigarette lighter connectors or clip connectors for batteries or even powered by solar generators which would be numbered and accounted for are not linking all working on beaches, off shore and in shallow areas together plus the DOT SILVER TAPE is not marking any vessels, equipment or busses even to take workers to and from sites to rest or sleeping areas plus no special lighted 250 watt contractor lights are being used for NIGHT CLEANUP OF BEACHES because a Governor has a Florida Administrative Code preventing WORKING IN COOL EVENING OR NIGHT TIME because it might�..might cause turtles to get disoriented looking for a beach to lay eggs IN JUNE ??? OR Working at night might disturb bird sanctuaries !

10) Upset that support crews could take all day long refueling and replenishing work crews plus vehicles or vessels while many slept as you can also pick up OIL AT SEA IN DARKNESS WHEN IT IS COOLER but Helicopters and Ambulances plus EMT crews must be on special high speed boats to assist in any emergency plus S.P.O.T. GPS EMERGENCY POSITION UNITS costing $145 RETAIL are not issued to supervisors at all work sites or groups of vessels plus the tall CB antennae attached to any support ship could signal crews for some 11 miles or more in an emergency.

11) Upset that ALL Vessels do not have FLOTATION PIPE or have not checked their existing BOP standing on the Gulf Bottom prone to fall over with NON FLOTATION PIPE WHICH WILL START MORE LEAKS OR AN INABILITY TO DROP THE PIPE AND PREPARE FOR HURRICANE EVACUATION when it is an emergency perhaps�. YOU BET !

12) Upset that ALL CREWS working on all rigs and support ships COULD DIE IN A FLASH should a giant belch of deadly gas surround any ship or support ship��NO OXYGEN BOTTLES SUPER SIZE IN PILOT HOUSE, ON SHIP LIVING QUARTERS OR ELSEWHERE makes me worry about the crews dying in a gas cloud. Coal Mines have SAFE ROOMS WITH EXTRA OXYGEN AND SIGNALING CAPABILITY. YOU BET

13) Upset about the failure of rig owners to supply super visibility reflective tape all over work uniforms plus provide military style inflatable vests, LED signal lights, in fanny packs for each worker at each station while walking on the rig or even going to the bathroom mandatory for some OSHA or FEDERAL SAFETY compliance�..YOU BET !

14) Upset at not one crew member living onboard a vessel or rig handling RADIOACTIVE OIL not having a simple RAD TRIAGE DOSIMETER registering 0-1000 RADS exposure replenished each year and recorded in their records�..YOU BET ! All Hospital Workers and Military have to be issued special Radiation Monitor badges but NOT THE RIG CREWS HANDLING RADIACTIVE OIL WORKING IN AMERICAN WATERS AND LIVING ON AMERICAN SOIL ? YOU BET !

15) Upset that the famous BOP had what appeared to be NON FLOTATION RISER PIPING PLUS MORE IMPORTANTLY THE HYDRAULIC FLUID LINES APPEAR NOT TO HAVE CHECK VALVES KEEPING CRITICAL HYDRAULIC OIL INSIDE THE LIENS FOR EMERGENCY SHUTDOWN OF A BOP �.. YOU BET !

16) Upset that BP knew the BOP module and annular was destroyed and they would not stop work to repair same PLUS BP let Halliburton use SALT WATER MIXTURE FOR PERHAPS CEMENT TO SAVE MONEY AS THE MUD WAS NOT FRESH AND MIXED WITH SALT WATER�..APPEARS CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE AND AS A CORPORATION EXECUTIVE AND STATE CERTIFIED PLUMBING CONTRACTOR FOR FLORIDA�.YOU BET !

17) Upset 11 men have not been recovered in over 60 days from the bottom of the Gulf on the Sea Bed plus piping not recovered by extra ROV�s and CRANES from surface rigs�. YOU BET !

18) Upset that BP and others threaten FILM CREWS OR NEWS MEDIA WITH ARREST filming or documenting anything along the shores involving the SPILL��. YOU BET !

19) Upset that BP CEO TONY HAYWARD IS NOT PREVENTED FROM LEAVING AMERICA IN THE GULF AREA WHILE UNDER CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION BY THE FBI, USCG AND OTHERS��YOU BET !

20) UPSET THAT AMERICAN WORKERS, EVEN CHILDREN FROM COLLEGE, ARE GOING TO BE PUT IN HARM�S WAY TO CLEAN UP THE BP OIL NATIONAL DISASTER WHEN IT COULD HAVE BEEN STOPPED AND STILL CAN BE STOPPED PERMANENTLY IN 8 HOURS FLAT ! 21) UPSET that reportedly all the cleanup materials are to be deposited in one of FIVE SUPER LANDFILLS to really destroy Florida Water, Soil, Sand, Air in the future is REALLY UPSETTING as a Professional Contractor. The simple OIL/Gas/Sewage accident at a SHELL STATION mandates five white cars pulling up with people in suits having clipboards watching the jack hammers take up the concrete and asphalt, remove ALL SAND down to the leak and INSPECT WITH SNIFFERS the piping which has to be replaced�.what is more important is ALL SAND OR DIRT PLUS OIL, GAS must be placed in cute numbered seal top barrels to be guarded 24/7 as they are taken away to an incinerator to be burned with the conveyor belt igniting all sand and dirt particles so the sand and dirt can be cleaned and re-used later. FEDERAL LAW SPILL GUIDELINES. Should this be waived for BP then I am really upset at the TONS AND TONS OF RADIOACTIVE OIL TO BE GIVEN TO LANDFILLS IN CONTAMINATED CLOTHING, BAGS AND BAGS OF SAND, DIRT, OIL PLUS CONTAMINTED CLOTHING which will infect Florida in years to come for maybe 30 YEARS plus all rivers, lakes, streams, bays and GULF or ATLANTIC SEA WATER which will mean contaminating the ISLANDS AS WELL. YOU BET I AM PISSED !

In conclusion:

I appreciate all articles relative to solving the Spill AND WARNING HUMANITY ON THE DANGER OF THIS RADIOACTIVE OIL PLUS DANGEROUS GAS WHICH CAN KILL EVERYONE as there is plenty of time left to attack political or other motives let alone leadership and influence people who caused or kept the problem on the table for whatever agenda. Such griping or finger pointing does not good unless the problem is solved and leak stopped. Any damage to the GULF area before Florida will be NOTHING compared to what is to come shortly to Florida, around the Islands like Cuba, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Bahamas, Virgin Islands and more.

I CAN SEE THE TV ADDS NOW TELLING EVERYONE THEY NEED TO SWITCH TO CHICKEN AND PEANUT BUTTER because the days of eating cheap fish or scallops/oysters will disappear quickly along with the reefs we knew were for diving and seeing fish ! UPSET ? YOU BET but more I am sad that America didn�t even today take over stopping the leak on day ONE ! We are not a Politician, Aspiring Politician nor Movie Star like Kevin Costner hawking 10 centrifugal spinners to remove water from contaminated OIL. What humans do with the contaminated oil and clothing is a Federal Guideline which MUST NOT BE RELAXED or America will die slowly !

Dear Ralph,

sorry to see that you are so upset about the way things are handled in the Gulf but I have to admit that Arlene was right all along. This disaster appears to be another of those fear mongering threats, to our comfort and way of life, that the powers that be play. Of course any disaster of this type will damage the environment and our way of life but that is exactly why it is continued. As Arlene was saying, of course they could have contained the problem but that would deprive them of a good lever against the rest of us. Whiles we are preoccupied with this horror, the powers that be are getting on with planning wars and other power plays that they conduct, to consolidate their power and money making schemes.

The people who direct this sort of thing are NOT fit to preside over human affairs but they are immensely rich, well connected and powerful and we have nothing to protect ourselves with. Depressing. I hope we are not being corralled like animals into despotic, dictatorial control. Dictatorships have always failed before and I hope we are not going that way again.

The really horrific truth is that the democratically elected government of the USA is supporting lies of this sort and the president is directly involved in this lie, as are the newspapers, the TV and radio and other forms of mass media.

I had requested several RAD Sticker models plus recently received seven to protect Ruth DeLaMater Bundy, Ralph Charles Whitley, Sr., Beau Zimmer and Mike Deeson, [both from 10 Connects local TV Station] allowing immediate issuance. ALL TV Stations will now have the opportunity to go to http://www.jplabs.com to view ALL of the dosimeter plus and minus qualities. I agree the RADTriage FIT model is the best from ZERO RADS to over 100 RADS instant reading and remember Ruth and I have ours carried daily and are not in the Radioactive Oil or even near same. The file is perhaps 3.6 MEGS so we are not attaching but anyone can go to the site, view the information and download the file if desired. You know from previous experience with Ruth and myself that at one time we got readings above ZERO visiting various military facilities locally plus Avon Park and Eglin target areas. I have had a ZERO reading for years after stopping the visits even for business purposes.

My request recently was to the Governor of Florida to verify ALL RIGS are pumping Radioactive "Gamma Radiation" Oil from each site thus being a State Certified Plumbing Contractor for Florida EVEN I KNOW that the rig workers should be issued or at least advised to purchase RADTriage FIT models which are good for one year duty then they can be replaced. I also know the requirements to ship perhaps FEDEX so that the radiation scans from USPS do not give false readings so obviously the COST PER UNIT factor is high shipping ONE OR TWO when it is absorbed by perhaps RIG OWNERS shipping 125 or more directly to the site to be issued to each and every man or woman working onboard the rigs even PORT AND STARBOARD settings where two crews alternate.

To me the NEWS PEOPLE from all local stations will be getting first hand experience on beaches when the OIL SLICK arrives and the tar balls appear. My worry is quite frankly that the cleanup crews will NOT be wearing RADTriage FIT models nor even the RAD STICKERS will not be on equipment or RIGS themselves indicating when critical casualty levels of Radiation are or have been present. It will be up to the President, Governor of Florida and local City Council plus County Commissioners to decide whether to issue RADTriage FIT units to first responders all along the GULF for the upcoming spill PLUS those who work in cleaning stations for Birds, Tuttles, Dogs, Cats, humans, Sea Creatures will have to be made fully aware of the dangerous levels of Radiation while washing off various victims of the spill and special Federal Requirements for disposal of Clothing, Oil/Water mixtures to keep same from Groundwater, Bay or even Rivers is a must lest the entire State become super contaminated with Radioactive Oil.

I have a RAD Sticker from Dr. Gordhan Patel for J.P. Labs to deliver for your next jaunt to the Florida Panhandle to play near the Radioactive Oil. PEOPLE. Look at SKANDI pictures showing the CUT SIDE with the broken section cross in the center�remove it then FLUSH DOWN FROM SURFACE INTO THE SEA BED YOUR RISER IN TOP HAT 4 WHICH MAY BE JAMMED WITH SECTIONS OF STEEL ACROSS SAME.

You MUST remove by ROV GRABBING SAME the 23 inch wide and 24 inch tall section of .812 RISER pipe sitting SIDEWAYS after it shattered from the CUT UP TOWARD SURFACE. Remove it and the item you desire to set on top might work. PUSH DOWN OIL FROM SURFACE SHIP AND CLEAR THE RISER FROM TOP HAT 4 THEN PUT IT BACK ON TOP.

Odd color almost orange indicates that is NOT OIL perhaps but that is your problem. FIRST REMOVE THE STEEL SEEN QUICKLY ACROSS THE RISER OPENING AS THE PRESSURE IS NOT GREAT ENOUGH TO FORCE IT OUT BY ITSELF�.THEN BLOW BACK OIL PRESSURIZED FROM SURFACE TO TOP HAT 4 THEN RE-APPLY OVER RISER AND TRY TO FIGURE OUT THE MEASUREMENTS FOR THAT SLEEVE NEEDED TO COVER THE BOP FLANGE.
