    Alternative Response Technology for Capping the Deepwater Horizon Oil Well & for Oil Spill Cleanup

Use the SGP system, this system is perfect for deep water recovery. The problem is everyone's solution is on how to cap this thing and that is not what BP wants to do.
The SGP system will allow them to recover 100% of the oil now spilling into the Gulf and pipe it to waiting tankers, or cap it if that's what they want to do. With the amount of money BP has sunk in to getting the oil this far and the costs they are now facing, it is only logical that they would want to sell this oil.
The SGP system clamps to the pipe now flowing, without threading, and pipes the oil in the direction they need it to go, through pipes, to the surface.
The problem with deepwater recovery is the pressure from the depths and the pressure from the oil flowing out now, along with having to do everything with ROVs. SGP systems don't have to deal with pressure flow, it is dispersed , this IS an instant, low cost fix to the problem and they still recover the oil, and really, I can't believe they would even entertain the idea of shooting golf balls and old tires into this well...

Can't they place a large circular plastic (or other material) around the bop and funnel lap the oil up to he surface. The plastic would rise up in a tube like fashion to the surface, quarantining the oil which could be collected at the surface. There would be no pressure concerns because the plastic would not be a tight seal over the bop...it would just surround it (drape around it),

Call 911 this is an Emergency. The main technology to be used to stop the leak will be a tracheology/tracheostomy as means of airway access. This is one of the oldest surgical procedures documented.
A method of tracheotomy is (PCT) percutaneous tracheostomy. (PCT) was first used in 1955 and gained airway access with aq slotted needle that then was used to guide a cutting trcar into the trachea.
Since then dilating machines have been used to access the airway. In 1969 the Tay et method used a single tapered dilator with reccessed cutting blade to enter airway under tension.
Variations of (PCT) evolved and in 1985 Ciaglia introduced (PDT) Percutaneous Dilating Tracheostomy. This peircing method is based on a needle guide wire airway access  followed by serial dilations with sequential larger dilators. "METRONOME"
In 2000 Byhann's Ciaglia Blue Rhino was introduced. In this (PDT) dilation of the stoma is formed in a single step by means of hydrophilically coated, curved dilator. (PDT) is the most common method used worldwide and is a good method to enter the Horizon's Riser. After the tube is inserted into Riser; oil can flow freely and be collected on the surface. The Riser can then be sealed permanently.
